I stayed in Mercure Congress hotel in Kiev between 15-19 August 2021. We made our reservation through the Agoda website. Staff at the Reception are there with a completely unprofessional local mentality. Especially your staff named SOPIIA. Read moreWe stayed here for almost three weeks during our visit to Kiev. The location is good, we used to use bolt to get to any other part of Kiev in almost 15-30 mins max. It is connected to a mall that has couple of good stores, cinema, bowling hall, skating hall, VR games hall. The Hotel is located near-by 24 hr working resturant call Tyger which helps late night hunger.
The hotel itself is just like any other Mercure Hotel, just perfect! Clean, good staff and to be honest reception, room service and luggage guys are beyond good. So I had to call them to come again to do it.
Overall, if I visit Kiev again, I’d def come to...
