The main problem of this hotel is its people, that is, the staff. Girls at the reception, waiters, security guards - the low professional level of these people clearly does not correspond to a “5 star boutique hotel”. So, in order:||||1. Girls at the reception.||||A few days before check-in, I called several times and wrote through the Booking message system that I was planning to celebrate my birthday at this hotel and it was very important that we could use the pool and have assigned seats. In response, they assured me several times that for them “places for hotel guests are always a priority and they definitely will be.” To my question, is it possible to book 2 sun loungers - the girl from the reception answered me in several telephone conversations that there is no need - there will be sun loungers. The day before check-in, I called the reception again and asked the same question, to which the girl already doubted and replied that she “hoped that there would be sunbeds.” Such uncertainty confused me and I asked to book 2 sun loungers and duplicated this in a message through the Booking system. On the day of check-in, Beach Boy had a hard time finding 2 sun loungers for us on the second line of the pool. The next day of our stay, my wife and I arrived at the pool at 9:20 am, and there were only a few people in the entire pool. We headed to two sun loungers in the first line in the center and began to settle down. A whip boy came up to us and said that these sunbeds were reserved (although there were no signs about reservation, nothing), and in general the entire first row, in his words, was “booked.” I went to the reception to see the girl administrator and called her to go down to the pool and explain the situation. To which she replied that there are “regular guests” for whom they reserve sunbeds. In fact, it turned out that some of the places for “regular guests” were given not to people living in the hotel at all, but to some incomprehensible “bloggers”.||||A separate story is the waiters who serve non-alcoholic drinks instead of paid alcoholic drinks. And the security guards who loaded someone else’s luggage into our car without checking...
Read moreWe have been coming here on family vacation 4 summers since 2017. The hotel is extremely well executed regarding amenities, design, services and cleanliness. A true luxury hotel. The pool area is awesome. Very calm and relaxing, even when the hotel is full. Staff and service is very friendly, and the restaurant is open 24/7. ||||We definitely recommend booking one of the superior rooms or above, with balcony over the pool area and a stunning view towards the Black Sea. ||||The beach is about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, but the beach is imo not very nice (overcrowded and not very clean water), so we usually stay at the pool. ||The weather in July is usually blue sky and 31-32 degrees Celsius. ||||The hotel owns a nice tennis arena 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel, with 6 clay courts. You can book a court and even a coach (Andrej was an awesome coach for our 8-year-old daughter) from the hotel reception.||||The breakfast is very good, with a nice buffet as well as a hot menu which you can order from free of charge. ||||All in all, it is hard to find anything negative about Panorama De Luxe. If anything, the drinks and food could be improved slightly. Dont get me wrong, its not bad at all, but it has room for improvements. For example, medium cooked steak is usually served well done minus. ||||We have no problem recommending staying at Panorama De Luxe, which we have done for the past 4 summers. Both the kids and adults will have a great time in a true luxury...
Read moreThe hotel didnt meet my expectations at all. From the minute i walked in and during all my stay the staff made sure ill feel uncomfortable. It began by demanding me a deposit of 200usd which was not initially stated in my booking, which was explained to me as “hotel’s policy” after denial of payment and requesting to speak with the manger, she told me in my face she charge me a deposit as i come from israel and if ill be a good boy she’ll waive the deposit. It continued with charging us approx. 5000 grivna for a small and bearly noticed stain in the sheets. The reception crew always inspected me and induced bad vibes. It continued with two weddings took place until 11pm with a lot of noise. For the first time i disnt complaint but it really interfed with my rest. In addition they have a bizarre rule denoting use of the sauna only if prebooked a day before, though its a miniscule matter it depicts the nature of the hotel and services provided to its guests. I definitely do not...
