Emigrand Art Hotel — Hotel in Uzhhorod Urban Hromada

I loved this hotel soooooooooo much!! The room I had was absolutely amazing. The room was so unique and so out of the ordinary which is what made it sooo special. It was not some sterile boring cookie cutter box room. Instead it had an amazing feel to it. I adored the pop art and the whole concept. They have done such an amazing job with the artwork and design of the entire hotel. The food was so good for breakfast and the staff was so attentive! Especially Maria!!! After two days of searching for a driver to take me to Slovakia, she was able to find me a transfer company. She really saved me.||Although Ukraine is at war, and there are air raid sirens often, the hotel and its amazing atmosphere more than made up for the air raid alerts. Luckily due to its close proximity to Slovakia and its location behind The Carpathian Mountains, the hotel enjoys a quasi type of normalcy. I will never forget my time...

Well, I'd like to leave a few words here as I am so satisfied about conditions and time I spent there. I had a great desire to visit city with sakuras. But I like not only sights, not only weather. I was pleasantly impressed about the hotel I stayed. Actually, not only me, it was a trip with friends. The hotel was done in pop art style. I am a fan of it! Really! My friends are not but we did a great deal of funny photos!! Walls are perfect backgroung!) |I couldn't mention my feelings about conditions. All surfaces,towels, blankets, pillows were clean. The smell in the room was pleasant and in the toilet as well. For me it is important.|And the breakfast I enjoyed as much as staying. So I'd like to recommend it because I see no reason for complaint and each member of staff is helpful...

Мені дуже подобається цей готель. Мабуть, один з найкращих в Ужгороді, серед своєї категорії, що мені доводилось проживати. Тут чисто, просторі номери, є сніданки. Готель має свій дизайн, інтер'єр, історію і директорку..собачку 🙂 Дуже цікаво, що кожен номер на стіні біля ліжка має якийсь малюнок і для мене завжди загадка, що ж буде саме в цьому номері? 😁 Є мінібар, чайник, горнятка, чай/кава, сейф, дошка для прасування, в кожному номері, що я жив. Окремий вайб дле мене - це радіо в номері. Тільки тут проживаючи, я постійно його слухаю і не включаю телевізор😁 Що для мене дуже важливо, то це чистий душ. Тут він саме такий.

І найважливіше - сервісність персоналу. Дівчата, адміністратори на рецепції - Жаклін, Віолетта, Аліна, Галина надзвичайні. Привітність, посмішка, емпатичність, готовність допомогти та відкритість до зворотного зв'язку - це все про них 🥰

Дякую, також, за те, що слухаєте і прислухаєтесь. Це особливість сервісу в цьому готелі - коли ти можеш підказати те, де можна щось покращити, то тебе тут чують, і на наступний візит, ти можеш побачити, що твої рекомендації врахували. Так працюють далеко не всі готелі.
