Staying in that hotel was a terrible idea. From the booking till the check out was stressful. I have been to hundreds of hotels all around the world and this by far one of the worst if not the worst hotel i have stayed. From personal experience the staff is not equipped to handle guests especially large group of people. From the very beginning we have given them full information about our stay that it is going to be a party with half of our friends are leaving and won’t be staying and to the fact that it was communicated properly and discussed it few days before our arrival. They have agreed about that and we have ask that to make sure so that we won’t have any problems during our stay. And when we arrived, they keep on changing the rules. We have added additional room and payed for additional beds. When we settled in our rooms, the guests beside us was rude to us, let us say they are racist. The staff in Pearl Hotel does not know how to handle this kind of people. We were so furious how they treat us but the staff and management was not able to solve that until there was a commotion between those guests and us. During our dinner this guest came out in his room and accusing us of taking the chair outside of their room when in fact we have not taken their chairs as we have already a commotion with them, we don’t want to have any argument coz we just want to have fun and celebrate our bdays. To have a break away from the city. Probably the cleaners took their chairs. They can check the cctv. We have not even finished our dinner coz it was already ruined because of that racist guest. We decided to go to the beach side instead and we had a bonfire to cool down. And we continued our celebration at Barako Grill. The next morning, no complimentary breakfast but it is fine, we paid for everything and then when we checked out, we gave the keys and the cards. We went to Barako to have lunch again and yet again they called about the towels which we have not taken any towels at all. We even told them to check our bags and we have waited for them in Barako but they didn’t come. And they have not even apologetic, no apologies was made until the last minute. Over all experience extremely bad. If there is a no star review, we will definitely put Pearl Hotel in...

I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent stay at Pearl Hotel last Christmas. As a guest who has experienced both five-star and three-star accommodations in the past, I had certain expectations regarding the quality of service and amenities at a three-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay at your hotel fell significantly short of even those basic expectations.||||I had hoped for a comfortable and functional stay with clean, well-maintained facilities and decent service. However, I encountered several issues that made my experience far from pleasant: I was disappointed by the limited dining options available. The on-site restaurant lacked variety and the menu was basic, offering only a few simple meals. I had hoped for a more refined dining experience, especially given the price I paid for my stay. In-room dining was even more limited, with very few options available. The hotel felt dated and lacked the amenities and ambiance that I have come to expect, even from a three-star property. The pool was smaller than advertised, and the common areas were quite basic, with no special touches that could have enhanced the overall guest experience. It was clear that the hotel has not invested in making its public spaces or rooms more inviting. Given the level of service and amenities I experienced, I feel that Pearl Hotel is not living up to even the standard expectations for a three-star hotel. While I understand that a three-star hotel is not meant to offer luxury accommodations, I do expect certain basics, such as functional service, comfortable rooms, and adequate facilities, which were unfortunately lacking during my stay.||||I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to improve the guest experience moving forward. I would appreciate a response to this complaint, as well as any steps being taken to address the...

I booked at Pearl hotel expecting an affordable, cozy spot for a quick getaway in one of the suite rooms in the Oasis building. Unfortunately, my stay was anything but pleasant. Here’s a summary of the issues we encountered from check-in to check-out.||||Upon arrival, the front desk staff displayed little interest in assisting us. The receptionist barely acknowledged our presence, staying focused on her computer and showing visible annoyance. After a long wait, we finally received our room key, but without a hint of a warm greeting.||||The room itself was an immediate disappointment. A stale, musty smell filled the air, suggesting it had been closed up for far too long. The carpet was stained, the furniture was dilapidated, and the walls bore scuff marks and mysterious stains. Most troubling of all was the bathroom, which was in a shocking state of neglect—mold covered the shower walls, and the toilet appeared unclean.||||The bed was another ordeal. The mattress sagged in the middle, offering zero support, while the pillows were old, lumpy, and clearly overdue for replacement. Finding stray hairs on the sheets and crumbs at the foot of the bed only added to the discomfort. Sleep was impossible.||||Though the hotel advertised free Wi-Fi and breakfast, neither met basic expectations. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, disconnecting every few minutes. Breakfast consisted of a meager selection of stale pastries and lukewarm coffee.||||Noise from neighboring rooms—loud conversations, blaring music, and slamming doors—persisted throughout the night, making it feel more like a chaotic dorm than a restful retreat.||||A request for fresh towels and sheets went unanswered despite repeated calls. The staff’s dismissive attitude and lack of follow-through were frustrating.||||As if all that wasn’t enough, we found bugs in the mattress, toilet, and even in our luggage.||||I’m typically quite forgiving when it comes to accommodations, but this hotel failed on every level. Its lack of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality made the experience miserable from beginning to end. I strongly advise against staying here unless you’re seeking a true travel...

We stayed in Pearl Hotel &Spa after a long back one of the finest resorts 👌 best service ever I have two kids whenever I need anything I just call the reception they are responsive. In one resort they have a spa Gym open beach for a barbecue and two swimming pools with a jacuzzi 3 different multiple cuisine restaurants that are wow on budget-friendly Prices One of the best places for a gang of friends to hangout or is a best-to-family staycation. Because the staff are so responsive to taking care of us I don't know ppl are putting in negative reviews Trust me it's one of the best resorts ever. Must try their spa the best massage service and the technicians are very good. At that time we celebrated the Onam festival at Backwater restaurant loved the services and the food was very good the perfect authentic flavours of Kerala with their tody even have a retail shop too so don't worry when you forget anything you at last minute you can buy their in a reasonable price. Must say about their clean surroundings and always separate lifeguards for two swimming pools Even they have a mini kid's play area. Must try their lavish breakfast at backwater restaurant. Thanks, Diana for the responses and on-time service 👏 one of the best family-friendly and pet-friendly resorts ever in UAE can't wait to visit again 😀 For the winter holidays

There are only few hotels that is pet friendly in UAE and Pearl Hotel and Spa is one of those. It’s sad that we only found out about this hotel just recently. We’ve been to a few dog friendly hotels and by par this is the best one we can recommend given it’s affordability and accessibility. Not to mention the BEST HOSPITALITY coming from TEJAS who made the best effort to make our stay memorable. We will never forget his kind gesture especially to our fur baby 🐶. Staff like him makes our staycation more special. We got the Deluxe Studio with Pool View Chalet. We found welcome drinks and 2 big water bottles, complete toiletries (good one too 👍). Although the room is a bit small, it’s comfortable enough for the 2 of us and our 🐶 and the best part is you have direct access to one of the 2 pools in the hotel. We order our food mostly at Barako Grill (very affordable too). The breakfast at Backwaters is very good. With Live station (egg station), coffee selection (oh and they have cold coffee too 🧋). Can’t wait to comeback. This will be our go to hotel now whenever we feel we need to relax and spend good quality time with our fur baby. Note: we are still here, maybe will try their SPA before we leave tomorrow.

Simple, small & really sweet beachside getaway… A nice chic locale with a small beach in a quiet locality of Umm Al Quwain. Suited for people with pets who want to spend some quiet time with their families, away from the hustle, at a comparatively fair price. We got 2 deluxe pool view rooms that as the name implies, offer beautiful views of & immediate access to the pool. Property has a small beach in addition to 2 pools (one is temperature controlled, but was under maintenance when we came) as well. sport options like jet ski, Banana boat, boat cruise, are available. Dogs are permitted on the beach & within the room only. Get the vaccination card of pet along. There are 2 restaurants, we visited the Kerala Backwater restaurant, that was decently priced and served ok Kerala cuisine. Buffet breakfast didn’t have much variety, but is understandable as there weren’t many people, being a weekday: dosa, chutnies, a live station for eggs. Bacon, sausage, pan cakes, juices, bread, coffee.. that’s about it. But it’s fine. Staff are friendly. Viren was pleasant and wished us good bye with a smile.
