All the gear, no idea. Don't bother going to this hotel even with the deals it's a waste of money. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Felt more like a 3 star.

Here are all the main problems: No valet have to walk 5 mins from parking in the heat. Check in took 45 mins Staff are rude and are not meeting the 5 star standard at all, calling my wife sir and most of the time not even saying hello just giving you a menu and walking away. We were recommended the restaurant Sette by the hotel for a romantic anniversary dinner. The restaurant was full of children and the staff sat couples having romantic dinners next to loud families, felt like we were at chuckie cheese... The food came out in 5 mins which is worrying. They asked us every 2 mins if everything was OK, constantly interrupting our conversations. The 3 course meal was over and done in an hour, not exactly the relaxed wedding anniversary meal we were expecting. The pool bars don't serve drinks at the bar, there are signs saying only table and sun lounger service, but no one comes around to serve you so your only option is to go to the bar and order. There was only 2 staff for around 200 guests on the beach and pool all wanting drinks and they were overwhelmed. Garnishes were mouldy and brown so we had to ask to have our drinks without garnishes. (pictures) To top it off at the end I went to have a shower an hour before check out time and there was no water coming from the taps or shower... Its been an hour and when my wife rang to check up on the progress of fixing it the member of staff was extremely rude and gave no apology whatsoever. I'm still waiting to have a shower as I'm writing this before I get the hell out of this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the the staff are unbelievably bad at running it, the management is poor, the whole place is understaffed and it seems like they are only temp staff or brand new. They didn't know the menus and even one of the buggy drivers didn't even know where the restaurant was, he had to stop and ask annother colleague. I was nearly ran off the path by a buggy going too fast and didn't slow down and then waved his hand at me as if to say 'what are you doing?' not exactly how you would expect a customer in a 5 star hotel to be treated.

Room service is delivered in take away containers, not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was bad quality, the cold cuts were cheap processed rubbish.

I can't stress enough how generally rude, incompetent and unskilled the staff were.

I will never come back to this hotel, it is not relaxing, it is constantly stressful and unpleasant. Just when you start to enjoy yourself, something else happens to ruin it.

My wife has been in tears because the experience has ruined our first anniversary celebrations together.

Still haven't checked out yet, but I'm sure that process will be just as stressful as the last 24 hours here has been.

Edit: just checked out, still no water, didn't get a shower or even flush the toilet.. The guy at the check out desk didn't ask how our stay was or any pleasantrys like 'thank you for staying with us..' .. My wife asked 'are you going to ask how our stay was?' his reply was 'if you have something to say then say it'... That is just one small example of how the staff treat their guests.....

I wish I could give them 0 stars because thats how bad our experience was. DO NOT GO there, DONT take elderly there, terrible service, long waiting time to get club cars to go around the resort. Very bad service, rude staff.

First of all they lost my grandfathers wheelchair assisted custom toilet seat. As soon as we checked in. I wanted to push it to the ro but they insisted that they will bring it to the room. Everytime we call them, they say No, you didnt give it to us. Maybe its in the car. 3 hourd later my grandfather wanted to use the bathroom but he couldnt use the regular toilet seat, he would fall off. I kept going to the reception, fighting with them. Everyone is blaming each other, they dont know where it went. Then finally they decided to open the security cameras and check. Almost 7 hours after we checked into the hotel we got the wheel chair back. It was really frustrating and it made it worse that they kept telling us that we didnt bring it. Or we didnt see you check in with it. They tried to blame us.

You are now in the room, but to go to dinner, you need to take a club car. So we call the reception, and they said it will be there shortly. It took atleast 45minutes to get a club car. Which only fit 4-5 people. While we are a group of 12 people. Okay we waited then they took us to the resturant.

Another issue happened, we had 3 elderly members who use wheelchairs. We called the resturant to make sure they have elevators. The resturants are always packed so we had to book in advance. The lady said yes, we do, please come. So we booked for the night and headed there. Once we reached they told us that the elevator is not working…. And we have to use the stairs… We started arguing then finally they decided to take us upstairs through the staff kitchen and into the staff elevator.

We wanted to leave the resturant, again we need to get a club car. Or we could take the bus back to reception. The bus is not friendly for people in wheelchairs so it was not an option. Again we had to wait 30minutes.

We slept the night and next day woke up to the smell of strong paint. I dont understand why would you paint my room if im sleeping in there. Literally the whole room reeked smelt like chemicals from the paint. They painted the walls outside my room.

We were told that this hotel has a sauna, has padel courts, has a gym. Everything closed at 7pm which was so weird. Why would the padel court be closed. Its outdoors, its not like we need a ref to watch the games.

We have been living in the UAE for more than 40 years, and never had an incident like this happen. Worst service, and worst experience!

I cannot believe this is a 5 star hotel. It should be negative 5. We have traveled the world and stayed at hotels in 3rd world countries. And even there we didnt experience anything like this. This was really terrible, now my grandparents never want to leave the...

We have been in JA Palm Tree for two weeks vacation. As a first statement, we are of the opinion that the hotel is clearly not a 5 star hotel compared to the quality of other hotels we know from our previous vacations in Dubai. However, I would like to highlight that the service is excellent. The people are very friendly, helpful and are doing their best every day to make you feel comfortable. The reason for considering this hotel a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star hotel is the following: Buffet restaurants (both the IM in Beach Hotels as well as the 81 in Lake View) are serving almost the same food for the whole two weeks. For kids there was two weeks pasta with tomato sauce and white sauce and some nuggets. There was never anything else and no vegetables or some other stuff. Only on weekends there are some specialities. However, it should be noted that on weekends it's extremely loud and crowded in the buffet restaurants and it takes ages until you get any drinks. The buffet quality is not 5 star and also the service is of a medium quality because of the high number of guests in the location (there are also many external guests). In addition, you only have a limited range of wines available in the buffet restaurants (in the a la carte restaurant you can choose other wines against an additional charge) which are rather poor quality. Breakfast is ok, you have anything you need but it is not an excellent breakfast compared to other 5 star locations; The rooms are very nice and modern. However, it is rather loud as the golf carts are driving through the hotel already very early in the morning and until late in the evening; We arrived and have been informed that the Fontana Restaurant is currently closed due to renovation work. As such the breakfast buffet was in White Orchid and the lunch buffet was in Beach Hotel. In addition, the roof top bar in lake view was closed also Captain's bar was not open for food in the evenings. Considering that the hotel was almost fully booked, this means that everywhere it was quite crowded. However, we were informed that the hotel never has all restaurants open at the same time as approx. 30% of the bars / restaurants are usually closed for renovation work. If you want to have a sunbed at the pool, you need to go up early in the morning and put some towels on the sunbed (at 8am almost all sunbeds were blocked already). This is clearly not 5 star. I think it is not acceptable to do sunbed reservations and not use them till 11am while families would be happy to have the sunbeds close to the pool.

As a summary, I would like to state that the hotel is nice with many opportunities and we had a lovely vacation. Service is great and people are super friendly. However, it is not an exclusive hotel and clearly not comparable to other...

Exceptional Stay at Palm Tree Court Dubai – A True Paradise From the moment we arrived at Palm Tree Court, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. This hotel is simply fantastic! The service is exceptional – attentive, friendly, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. The food is exquisite, offering a wide range of culinary delights that made every meal a memorable part of our stay. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable, with all the luxuries we could wish for. Every detail was attended to, ensuring a restful and enjoyable environment. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Mr. Shabin. His dedication and leadership are clearly reflected in the quality and atmosphere of the entire hotel. After all, a place can only be as good as the team behind it – and under his guidance, Palm Tree Court shines. We must also extend our heartfelt gratitude to two exceptional staff members who truly enhanced our stay. Our room service attendant, Ohef Ghaith, provided first-class service. He introduced himself as our personal service point and advisor for any needs we had. Always extremely friendly, customer-focused, and highly professional, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Likewise, our driver, Asante, made our experience even more enjoyable by giving us a wonderful tour of the entire hotel property. He introduced us to all the facilities in an entertaining and informative way, making it easy for us to navigate with our two children. His proactive approach, always being ready to assist us whenever he saw us, was truly commendable. A huge thank you to him as well! Before our family holiday, we read countless reviews, and I have to say, some of the complaints are simply laughable. Whether it’s minor gripes about the temperature of the water by the beach or preferences for the air conditioning, some guests will always find something to pick at. The reality is, no place can meet every individual’s personal preferences 100%, especially if one brings their own issues along for the trip. However, we can say wholeheartedly that this was a beautiful, memorable vacation at a stunning resort. We would absolutely recommend Palm Tree Court Dubai from the bottom of our hearts. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience in Dubai with your family, look no further. We can’t wait to return and would urge anyone considering a stay to book without hesitation – you will not be disappointed!

Ambience: Very nice hotel with an amazing beach. The villas are very spacious, the view is magnificent and the facilities are really good. It’s a very chilled place with an amazing vibe. Our room was a beach view junior suit which had a direct access to the beach and it was marvelous. You wake up, open the balcony and walk to the beach directly.. Also the landscaping is very green and nicely done, in the garden you see rabbits, peacocks and ducks walking around which was very refreshing to see. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Food: All the restaurants had very good food. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and the buffet varied slightly the first and the second day which was nice. We tried the Indian restaurant ‘Elora’ and the Asian one ‘ White orchid’ and they both had amazing food. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Service: One of the best hotels in Dubai when it comes to service! The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. Anytime we asked something from house keeping within few minutes we received it. The cleaning of the rooms was done perfectly even though since there was a direct access to the beach we brought a lot of sand inside with us but the cleaning was done so well that there was not even one grain of sand on the floor. The staff at the restaurant were amazing too. So energetic, super warm and even though it was crazy crowded for breakfast but they managed it so well that I was truly impressed. I don’t knw who was in charge of the training of the team but hats off to them, one of the best customer service I’ve seen at any hotel around the world. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Overall: We absolutely enjoyed our stay and it left a great impression on us. Definitely will go back . ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Suggestions: There are few things that need improvement though: 1) since the whole facility is a bit old, rooms need a little bit of upgrading 2) Sofa beds made a lot of noise which was very annoying. I think there is need for a new set of bed with good quality 3) even though there are few swimming pools since they are not very big they were always packed. A big new swimming pool can go along way and add to the overall experience.
