We went there as a family.|It was our 1st family vacation since the beginning of the pandemic.|Our choice was for that place was based on the good reviews and being within the same Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and therefore no Corona testing was required to get there.| Some of the pros for the place are the following:|1. They are individual chalets which means each of them has its own separate ventilation system and has a space around it which is an excellent advantage during the pandemic|2.It's clean and sanitised for you when you arrive there, at least according to their claim|3. Its close to Jamal Hakeem and other outings/ scenery |4. Ver spacious. We stayed in two bedroom and it has full kitchen and appliances and two full bathrooms and a living room. If you take the couches into account it could easily sleep 6 adults.||Some of the cons where|1. Some of the villas are run down and showing signs of ageing with no proper maintenance.|2. the place where we stayed the door did not close properly and there was a strong smell of sewer coming from in or outside the place. Not sure if this endemic to the whole area, but might want to check your place before you unpack. |3. there were no open playgrounds for children Which was a big disappointment for them number |4.pictures for the place seemed to suggest a swimming pool on the property but we could not see any pool anywhere |5. There is no food services or restaurants The premises|||Suggestions for the management|Clearly most of the villas were vacant. The management should consider allowing early check in and late checkout to be more competitive and attractive.|They should take care of the property and present it in a better way.| Where we stayed there were piles of dry hay in the back. You could tell no landscaping was done in ages |They should considered complete online pricessing that would not require you to interact with reception and provide sanitation Material such as disinfection spray and soap as the only soap that was available what was in the bathrooms. No dish soap. No napkins. |They should add outdoors furniture for the spacious patios they have in the back which are essentially useless with no chairs or tables.| And finally they should consider cutting back on the rate. In this time and age it doesn't make sense that you pay over AED 700 for a 2 bedroom chalet in an area that is clearly no more than 5% occupied and during a pandemic that has deterred many of us...

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the incredible staff at the reception. The team, led by Basith, exemplified what true hospitality is all about. Basith and his team made an indelible impression with their friendliness and attentive service. It was evident that they take great pride in their work and in ensuring guests have a memorable stay. They consistently went out of their way to provide assistance, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. They truly make the resort shine and set a high standard for guest relations.
The chalet itself was a haven of peace and comfort. Spacious and impeccably clean, it offered a perfect setting for relaxation. The calm atmosphere and sense of privacy made it feel like a true retreat, allowing us to unwind and escape the stresses of daily life. It was a home away from home, where every detail was thoughtfully curated to enhance our comfort and enjoyment.
One of the most noteworthy aspects of our stay was the extraordinary effort the chalet staff put into helping us when our car unexpectedly broke down. In an area where securing a taxi can be quite challenging, the staff stepped in to assist us immediately. They not only helped us book a taxi but also generously offered us the use of their company vehicle to ensure we could continue our travels without disruption. Read moreOur stay at Green Mubazzarah Chalets was a peaceful and refreshing experience. The check-in process was straightforward—upon arrival, we had to go to the reception, where we submitted our documents and received the key. A refundable security deposit of AED 200 was collected at check-in, which was smoothly refunded during checkout.
The key had the chalet’s location printed as a QR code, but unfortunately, it was too small for an iPhone to read. Enlarging the QR code would make navigation easier. Inside the complex, security gates ensure privacy and safety.
The chalet itself was spacious and private, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was quiet and calm, with the soothing sounds of birds adding to the experience.
While in-house food options are limited, Talabat and Smiles deliveries are available. However, Careem Food does not cover this area, so planning meals in advance is recommended.
For activities, there are rental options: • Bicycles for AED 25 • Electric scooters for AED 50
WiFi 50 Aed which sounds awkward.
Overall, Green Mubazzarah Chalets offer a serene getaway with basic amenities. A few improvements, like a larger QR code for the chalet location and minimum maintenance like doors and taps would enhance the experience. Photos attached...
