Thank you to the best Premier Inn staff I have ever encountered. You are all absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond to support me during my stay. I booked a short stay at Chorley due to family sickness in January, and eventually needed to extend my time there several times. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic at helping me with this. Nothing was too much trouble for them - and they were always, always so kind and friendly. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing at cheering me up, providing helpful suggestions for services and for generally being all-round fabulous people. And absolutely every other member of staff I encountered was lovely too. At a very, very difficult time Premier Inn became my sanctuary - and the staff were my saviours. Thank you to you all, especially: Denise, Tina. Kirsty, Helen, Karen, Marty, Becky, Peter, Janine, Lauren. Julie and Ilona. You are all...

I stayed in a so called accessable room. However the facilities left a lot to be desired. The bed was very very low.....my husband had to lift me up for me to get out of the bed. If a wheelchair user had wanted to transfer onto the bed they would have had to "plonk" themselves down...this is not aceptable at all! The mattress was "shot".... it rolled into the middle all of the time making sleeping impossible! The bathroom had a very very low sink (too low) with a very low bath with a couple of handrails. This is totally unacceptable...if you are in a wheelchair you have no chance to get in. A wetroom should have been available which suits everyone. The toilet had got adjustable hand rails around it and it was a little higher than a normal toilet, but not as high as in other disabled assessable rooms in other hotels. I will be contacting the head office with a very...

Nice service, lovely location that's easy access from M61, only downside was the room was very cold and the heater would not increase over 17.5 degrees, and there was only one towel available in a double room, and the kettle leaked once you put water in. But on the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful to change our booking after the online booking system had messed things up and we discovered that it had booked us for the january next year instead of October this year......however this did cause us great financial disadvantage by means of having to pay to alter booking £27 extra, though they said we would need to pay £45 at first. Would highly recommend you fully check your bookings and invoice in fine detail once you have booked, and pay the extra charge to be able to alter bookings as...

What great hotel. It was in a nice quiet road. It was beautiful. The staff was amazing very very friendly. Went for a wedding and check in was not until 3pm.... they let us check in at 1.30 to get ready. It was very clean. The room was very comfortable for us. We only stayed one night wish I had stayed longer. Breakfast the next day was amazing food was tasty. I have stayed in a few premier inn's and this was by far the best one. Would definitely stay again. Bed was comfy. The shower was amazing nice and hot how I like it. The water pressure was great. I slept very well... and so did my husband, we didn't want to get up. Their is a nice little river near that you can go for walks by. Pub is there too. Not far from town center. We can not fault them. Very very nice. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome and for all their help.

No hot water so cold shower in the morning and wasn't given a room key when I checked in due to their system being down. So not a great day for me to write a review for them you would think. But in fact I would still give them 5 stars because you just can't beat the value Vs the price paid for the rooms. I like the fact know what you are getting, it's a savvy business model. I use Premier Inns very often and choose to say at Chorley North rather than Preston South, it's quieter and usually a tad cheaper than the other. Plus there's a very nice bar/restaurant on the grounds that I see a lot of people go to dressed up, seems classier than the usual brewers fayres or similar that's adjacent to Premier Inns. Although, I've not been in.

I decided to book here on our way back from Scotland to south wales, we'd spent two weeks travelling in our van and our last two days involved many hours on the road. Thought it would be a good idea to have a rest from the van before another long drive. Checked into our room and there was a fan on already with the window open but the temperature was 26.5°, the temperature steadily rose at one point it reached 28°. With the heat and the constant noise from the fan little sleep was had, I was tempted at 2am to go out and sleep in the van! I also washed and dried my hands only to find a previous guests fake eyelashes on the hand towel.... yuk Not a great experience
