Baldwin House Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Cotswold District

If you want a beautiful and dreamy experience at a Bed and Breakfast, Baldwin House is the place to go. I was in town for a birthday and the birthday girl booked a stay for me at Baldwin House, just up the street from her home, which was full of family members that weekend. I stayed one night but after an unfortunate Airbnb experience in Bath just about a month before, staying here felt like a gift from God, giving me a do-over for a lovely time in the English countryside. The home is incredibly clean, and welcoming. My room was cozy and charming. There was water, a kettle, tea, and snacks on a little table in the room. The bathroom was spacious with a full bathtub and walk-in shower. I was given a list of choices for breakfast the next morning as soon as I arrived. I had to stay up late to work remotely and I was invited to work in the living room. Caroline asked her husband to start a fire in the fireplace for me as the night became chilly. She brought out a pot of tea, with a variety of cookies. Sleep is a challenge at times for me, especially when traveling but I slept so well. I was greeted by sunlight and a breakfast of champions. My husband and I stayed for one night before seeing our daughter and granddaughters in a play nearby.We found the house easily and received a warm welcome.||Everything was perfect and so tasteful and calming. There was a large and comfortable sitting room available for guests' use.The beds were blissfully comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were superb, with my not being able to eat gluten no problem at all. Me and my 3 friends had a brilliant time staying at the Baldwin bed and breakfast. We had left it a little late in finding somewhere to stay for a friends wedding near by and I luckily stumbled across this brilliant bnb. We were able to have an early check in time so we could get there and sorted before the wedding. The house was beautiful and Caroline was really welcoming. In the morning we had a great breakfast cooked up which definitely helped our sore heads ready for the drive home.
