Nice Caravan park. Lovely access to the beach and local walks. Really nice welcome. Plenty of space to park the car. The caravans are not too crowded together like some parks I've visited. Scenery second to none and made up for any niggles. Would have earned an extra star if it had just been a little more maintained. Everything was just a little run down. The Caravan we stayed in just needed a handyman to get round to little jobs that would have made it a little nicer. Curtains that did not tie back without the curtain hooks falling off the walls. Part of the floor that needed a little TLC. A fridge that certainly needed defrosted before the next guests. The fridge would be the most important part. If I have to travel 20 minutes to the closest shop the fridge is very important. I bought supplies for 4 days but even after turning the fridge up to the max setting it only just managed to cool items like the butter to a point where they were not melting by the last day. Worried about the fresh meat bought for the (fantastic) barbeque provided with the van. The reason was obvious as the mass of ice over the cooling element as inches thick. As they must clean the caravans for each guest (the caravan was spotless when we arrived) it should have been noticed much earlier. It was obvious they were working to maintain the park however, there were plenty of signs that they were working on the whole site when we were there. Covid must have had an impact. Did not like the fact there was a tractor parked at the bedroom window for 2 days. On a site with kids running around the heavy plant machinery should probably have been parked away from the main site. Generally a good place to visit, just enough niggles/worries to take...

Not a Chalet as stated!! Shocking!!!! Mud bath, building site damaged my car,! Kids couldn't play outside the van, didn't get the van I booked either!! Very outdated and not very clean either! My son took one of seat cushions off chair and omg never seen so much dust and hair mixed together 🤢 no iron etc as stated! No cleaning products, kitchen floor was sticky and my bed seemed like it had been used 🤔 clean bedding has a certain feel. Beach was nice only 5 min away and the ride home was awesome 👍would I go back? NOT A CHANCE!!! Apparently no refund can be given at this time, a part refund would have been better than nothing!! It was the 1st time I'd took my 2 kids away on my own too so it was ment to be a treat after everything we've been through, we were going to go Blackpool but they made it sound so good I though we'd go here instead, big mistake!!!! I would have gave it 0Stars it wouldn't let me!!! They don't care as long as they get their money!!! Nothing to do, no where to eat no shop so...

.Spent a week at this Caravan Park in June, weather was great sunshine for the duration. We cannot thank Hazel and Alan and their staff for the help and consideration they gave to us as we are disabled. All went the extra mile to help create memories. The accommodation was spick and span the linen almost cleaned to hospital standards. So cannot agree with previous comments. Our grand children played happily on site and made their own enjoyment after all it is a site of peace and tranquilly no Hussle and bustle - ideal to rest. Yes there were midges around, but we expected them in Scotland.. But no planted bed bugs or mosquitos. Enjoyed the wildlife especially the red squirrels who visited us daily. Counting the weeks until...

Stayed here for 4 nights with my my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and 2 adult friends. We stayed in 1A which is the very first caravan on the right in front of the small waterfall. It was very clean inside. Despite being bit crammed we were quite comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Good wifi connections were available. Heaters were excellent. There was no washing machine in the caravan we stayed. I feel we got a better place as we had lawn in front and away from others giving us privacy. It was next to the road, but that was fine, there were hardly any traffic.

Absolutely wonderful quiet caravan park with lots of beautiful views, beach and walking areas. My friend and I took our kids here for a 2 night stay and we all had a great time. The caravan we booked was lovely, immaculately clean and well equipped. Lovely and peaceful at night and we could have easily stayed longer. I would have liked a vacuum cleaner just with having kids with us to hoover up crumbs and a wooden spoon in the drawer. We would most definitely return here again.
