Maryport House — Hotel in Great Britain

Really nice place. Clean, comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen, shower. It's really quiet. Couldn't ask for a more perfect place. And they actually went above and beyond for me starting on day 1. I left an Airbnb at my 10am checkout but my room in maryport house the check in wasn't until 3pm. So we messaged the caretaker and just said if it's possible could we get in a little earlier. So He cracked on with the cleaning and got us in earlier. Also I was staying in airbnbs because I am waiting on a rental in maryport to live round here. Well the place I was renting off wanted to do some last minute checks on me and wanted a reference from where I was staying. Which was here maryport house. Even tho he didn't have to the owner of maryport house gave me a good reference and I got the tenancy agreement for my rental property that same day. Also one day I accidentally left the door to the place open when I went out for the day. The owner got me to get hold of the caretaker and he went in and checked all my cases were still closed for me and that certain expensive items were still there. When I heard the door was left open I panicked thinking I'm sure I shut it and thought someone might've broken in. The caretaker put my mind at rest and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day out. I couldn't rate maryport house high enough. Quiet. Clean comfortable and they go above and beyond...

Exactly what we needed for our holidays; this apartment offered us just what we needed, and even more.

When my wife and I first stumbled upon this flat on booking.com, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there must be a catch, but everything was as perfect as it lookeded online. The flat is just perfect. Beds are very neat and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom fantastic with modern finishing. Decent neighbourhood.

The hosts are the most thoughtful, gracious hosts: Eventhough we looked forward to beautiful scenery and hiking up a mountain, we had no concrete plan how we were going to get all these in two nights. Rus(host) provided us with detailed information which included 4 different locations(with breathtaking views) and clear road map to these places in a sequence based on their distances from the fat in a linear order. We were able to hike up a beautiful mountain, swim in lake and experience beautiful views, all in one day!

My family have decided we'll keep Rus's apartment as one of our main relaxation holiday destination.

We booked one week stay In the Maryport House in one of the three available apartments in the Maryport House which was on the top floor overloooking the Maryport . Our apartment had two spacious double size bedrooms with the views overlooking Maryport and modern bathroom with a spacious bath that easily fit two people. Kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. The proximity to the Lake District (15 minutes drive in the car ) allowed us to enjoy both the tranquility of Maryport Town and the adventures of the nearby lakes and mountains. The local shops, pubs and beach with local Harbour was pretty much on the door step (5 minutes walk) The friendly and professional host couldn't do enough for us. We will be back again for...
