Maypole Farm Guest House — Hotel in Great Britain

We booked the Maypole last minute as we where working in the area as wedding venue dressers, the booking process went through with no problems and we even got a call from the owner on the day of arrival.||Maggie met us and was lovely from the start a warm welcome and some immediate banter, we where pleasantly surprised as Maggie explained the breakfast process in the morning as there was no mention of this on booking.com and we didnt know it was included. The breakfast was self help and a good mixture of cereals, croissant teacakes fresh orange etc. a good start to the day.||The room on the ground floor was newly refurbished and immaculate couldn't fault it in any way, the bathroom was spotless and the whole room was lovely styled - outstanding.||Our only disappointment was we had only booked one night, i would highly recommend - we will certainly be back if visiting the area...

Arrived after travelling from South Wales to see our Son in Selby, we were met by Adam & Maggie who took us to our room. The room was beautifully clean, modern and bright with everything you needed. Because of COVID-19 breakfast was served in our room it was absolutely beautiful and lots of it, we didn’t eat again until evening!! Nothing was too much trouble if you wanted anything they were at the end of a phone. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back. Lovely b&b lovely...

The room was clean, modern and comfortable with good quality furnishings and facilities. Lots of options for breakfast available to help yourself. Booking was really easy with excellent communication both at the time of booking and the day before the visit. Located in a lovely village and very easy to get to. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. A big thank you to Maggie for going above and beyond to get my son’s favourite toy back to him...
