Review Based on Our Stay with A 2 and 3 Year Old. |Starting with the Positives - The Park itself was Lovely, Plenty of Activities for my Little ones to do even when it rained. The Children's Entertainment was Amazing the Staff were Brilliant and was Fantastic with the Kids. Nothing seemed to have been to much Effort they are an Amazing Team. |The Off Road Rangers was Great staff were friendly and Helpful we had the track to ourselves and he was having a laugh with my little girl going round the track. |The Nursery Ski Slope is Brilliant, Staff didnt really interact and sat inside talking with other staff members, but the slope itself was great Fun and my 2 loved it. |Arcade was clean and tidy, always a staff member cleaning and making sure everything is working and nothing was to much trouble.|The showbar and Boathouse were lovely clean and tidy and the Food was Lovely.|Again Staff were very Friendly. |The park its self was very Clean and Tidy no Rubbish around etc and can tell its well maintained. ||Negatives - Our Lodge was classed as Luxury and it Certainly lacked Luxury, every place weve have stopped comes with a little starter wash pack like tea towel, it of washing up liquid dishcloth etc, these were not offered, Light fitting hanging out the ceiling, hot tub had bits floating in it and felt very Gritty.|The outdoor furniture had been replaced from Ratten style to Cheap Plastic, the toilets didnt flush properly, the beds was the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. the iron was out of date on PATS testing expired in 2024 and when i went to used it poured hot water out from the bottom of the iron out at me and stained my clothes, the kettle had white bits floating it in and needed a massive descale. |I raised my concerns several times to staff via message and i had one response and that was it. I felt the reception staff were not accomodating at all and did everything to avoid our complaints. |The worse for myself was the fact we had been out and came back and the hot tub lid had been left open , and the gate to it aswell, on this day it was raining and quite windy so ended up with loads of bits in there not only that had we not realised we have an Autistic Son who loves water and would have quite easily gone in there luckily we check all these things before we go outside but im sure some families wouldnt if they had only children so a massive safety risk.||I have raised concerns and was offered a very small refund which i still havent received and tbh for the price we paid minus minus the refund it still wouldnt be worth the money we paid for the lodge. ||The swimming pool wasnt the cleanist, and lacked fun.|Soft play was ok but needed more for younger children. |Staff in the swimming area didnt seem clued up on activities either.||overall though we had a lovely family holiday the area is Beautiful, defo couldnt fault the park at all and we would come back if accomadation was better. |Food was lovely in the Boathouse, and i dont think overly priced with offers, the drinks were a tad on the expensive side though. The shop wasnt overly priced either. |Chip shop was ok, chips wasnt to my taste, and the street food was fantastic, and delicious. ||My Little 2 had such a lovely time , they loved the shows, the games,...

Lovely area and surroundings, Park needs improvement, appears management, maintenace and kitchen don't communicate or listen to customer / staff feedback. Our lodge was a nice size, plenty of space, everything you could want in the kitchen, unfortunately we were unable to secure the door fully open due to a lump of decking being used to repair a rotten door frame, not good when your trying to unload the car, kids and dog in and out all day long and you have to use a chair to keep the door half open, taking up half the decking space. While aware that the lodge is located in a wooded area it would not hurt for the cleaners to have removed the bird poo and green moss from the table and chairs on the decking, 15 mins of scrubbing and we were able to sit and eat outside (interestingly it stayed clean all week, so i don't believe you can blame the surroundings) just lazy cleaners. Talking of cleaners, it was lovely to wake up and discover what looked like a blood stain on the mattress cover, as well as other stains/ marks, granted there was a sheet over the top, we turned the mattress, but when leaving we stripped the mattress protector to make sure it got washed! First night we used the restaraunt, they charge good money, so we hoped for good food, I opted to share the mixed grill with the missus, kids had nachos and burger, safe to say the mixed grill was not great for the price! our dog ate most of the steak, i managed to eat 1 mouthful without finding fat, the rest went in the dog, the coleslaw appeared brown and tasted as if it was a week old (the other half had to spit it out) the same with the corn on the cob, when the girl collected the plates we mentioned this to her, she stated 'yes, other people have said the same and we've told the kitchen' then took our plates away, no offer of looking into etc, when we left, it was obvious this was an issue, as other plates left on tables to be collected all had left over coleslaw / corn on the cob... Swimming pool was good, temperature good, kids loved the wave machine, good selection of activities to book etc. Don't expect much from the changing rooms or showers though, broken / missing door locks, broken shower nozzles, broken operating buttons, you either had a solid jet of water hitting you, or you had to try and and move about to find a dribble to attempt to wash under, once again we mentioned this to the staff (who were excellent) to be told they were aware of all the issues, and have constantly reported to mangement, with nothing being done.... In summary, good size park, staff were excellent, lovely area, dog friendly, our Labby went pretty much everywhere with us, lots to keep the kids happy. But seriously let down by the kitchen (we ate at a local pub down the road most nights, cheaper drinks and excellent food!) and general lack of park maintenace. Management, listen to your staff! They are the face of your business, and take the brunt from customers, the least you can do is listen and take feedback in, and hopefully...

Myself, my wife and our 4 year old son stayed here for 7 nights, we had been looking in this part of England for a week long stay, having looked on booking.com, Airbnb etc and we then thought of a caravan style holiday as an alternative. Warmwell was significantly cheaper than any accommodation only holidays in the area, we paid £900 for 7 nights in a 3 bed lodge right on one of the lakes. It was lovely setting, rivalling anything a far more expensive holiday at centreparks or Bluestone would have been and with what we paid, we had access to all the evening and some day time entertainment which my son and us loved. Having done loads of caravan park holidays in my life, Warmwell is up there with the best, if not the best we’ve done. We used it as a base to explore Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester and Bournemouth with all these places have to offer.||Back to the entertainment, I honestly cannot give the team on-site enough credit. We had nightly shows, bingo, kids shows, live singing, magic shows, a pantomime, live band, games, quizzes… I could go on. The guys work so hard to entertain, and I honestly don’t know where they get the energy from, one day in particular, the team undertook morning entertainment for kids, performed a full pantomime, live singing, an evening entertainment show for the kids, bingo, taking on the role of DJ, and then performing a full on country music show. In among all this they do all their own lighting and and they are expected to upsell all other paid entertainment and on one occasion we saw Jenna manning the till in the gift shop… they are truly amazing entertainers and workers and are a credit to themselves and huge asset to Parkdean. I just hope they are compensated appropriately for the tough job they do. Particular high praise goes to Ellie and Katie for their powerhouse singing, and to Jenna who is clearly a professionally trained dancer, and great singer to boot! All of the team deserve the highest praise. They are all so talented and our son Griff was obsessed… especially with Sparkle!||The only negatives I will raise are the general cost of things on site, everything from food, drinks and activities… leaves a big hole in the bank balance. Some of the activities lack that oomph to keep younger kids interested. I suspect older kids are better catered for with skiing, fishing, high ropes etc. The fish and chippery is hugely overpriced and the quality I am sorry to say is pretty bad. The street food is the same, very very expensive for what you get . Saying that however, the lodges have kitchens so you could save a fortune making your own food. You can also get uber eats deliveries so that’s another option.||Overall, this is a fab spot, the lodge was lovely (probably needs some TLC and some updating but it was comfy and such a great spot in the park). I think this will not be our last visit. It’s a great base to...

To speed my review up, here is my complaint direct to Parkdean: '' Me and my family have just returned from a week at Warmwell. I unfortunately have some negatives from the stay. 1: The shower in the ensuite was covered in mold. I have attached a picture of the outside, I bleached the inside but didn't take a photo annoyingly before hand! 2: The kitchen draining boat was manky with left over food and mold. 3: Sunday we had roller disco at 7pm. We was at Weymouth and left to attend this booked event. When we got back the doors were shut and nothing was on. The next day I was told it was probably not on and an old time table. This was really frustrating because Sunday was by far the best day weather wise and we left the beach to come back to something we had booked only for it not to even be running! 4: swimming changing room with the baby change was covered in mold and was just generally dirty. And finally 5: this is a big one and I am not sure how to even approach this, but I was booked to do fishing on the Wednesday morning. I went to the shop where the ski slope is to buy some fishing tackle and the bailiff was in there. I was with my 5 year old daughter at the time who was walking beside me when the baliff started asking her to blow him a kiss and proceeded to continue asking her whilst he was blowing her kisses. This made not only my daughter very uncomfortable, but it also made me very uncomfortable. I walked away in a bit of disbelief of what had just happened. I went and continued fishing and as I was leaving the lake we came across the bailiff who once again started trying to persuade my daughter to blow him a kiss. I didn't want to cause a scene so I left back to the lodge. Since being home and re-evaluating point 5, the more it's not sitting right with me. It is totally inappropriate to be asking a 5 year old child to blow kisses to a strange man. We are forever telling my daughter that you do not talk to strangers and there's one blowing her kisses and persistently trying to get one in return. At this moment in time, I have not left my review online. I am a firm believer that a companies ability to resolve a complaint is more important than leaving a negative review, but I will be doing just that if this is just brushed under the carpet. " Parkdean washed their hands of the complaint simply because I did not raise my points at the time of the stay. No offer of redress, which is poor considering how much the week cost me! Still not sure whether to report the baliff incident to the police!
