Went here to stay for a night for a kickboxing competition in the area, 8 of us stayed over (3 seperate rooms) the rooms themselves were reasonably clean, but the bathroom stunk, could only be described as sewage, it was terrible to the point people were gagging. Although I know this isn’t down to premier inn, the service at the partner pub was horrific, we was told we could just walk in but when we went to book we was told we couldn’t as “they was fully booked” but was told we could walk in? The breakfast served was no where near worth the money, we had to leave the hotel area by 8:30am and breakfast was served from 8am so was already on a tight schedule, when we arrived for breakfast there was a limited amount of pastries, cereals, coffees/teas, spreads etc, there was a toaster out but no bread and no milk which was highly disappointing, we asked for bread and milk as that was basically the necessities for all they had to offer and this wasn’t placed out till 8:15am (we arrived at 8:05), like I mentioned we was already on a tight schedule. We was also told that warm breakfast wasn’t served till 8:30am!!! So overall was very disappointed and won’t be attending again.

Wow...1st time at Premier Inn Everything, from the moment you walk in the door, was impeccably clean. Friendly greeting and info from the front desk staff, with plenty of 'things to do' in the local area. Premier Plus room was amazing...stunning furnishings, mood lighting throughout the room. A very expensive, stylish decor that certainly made a great first impression. WC/shower room was incredibly spacious with stay-clear mirrors even after showering. Made all the more enjoyable with Baylis&Harding shower soaps and shampoos. Plenty of luggage/storage space for the trip and 2 wonderfully comfortable armchairs. Everything you'd need for a short stay including iron and ironing board, coffee-pod machine, mini-fridge, loads of power outlets with USB ports at 10 locations throughout the room. Haven't yet tested the crisp, clean-looking bed but I'm sure it won't disappoint. Overall score, out of 10/10 If I could live here, I would...!

I had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn and couldn’t be happier with the experience. All the staff were fantastic from house keeping to front desk! James and Frida at reception (if I remember correctly), was simply outstanding. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy, and I really enjoyed having a good chat with them during our stay. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable mattress that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The view from our room was amazing. While the hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, it’s no problem at all, there’s a pub just a 1 minute walk away, and for those late night cravings, the town has excellent takeaway options that can be easily ordered. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

I have stayed at many Premier Inns on the past and have always been happy with their cleanliness and service. This was the first time I was quite disappointed.

The customer service was very good, but the room cleaning was very poor. I could feel the dirt and grit under my feet on the carpet and on the bathroom floor. There was even a minstrel on the floor which wasn't mine. There were other people's hairs in the bathroom and mould and mildew around the sink, ceiling and bath.

Also the rooms aren't well accoustically isolated and I heard someone pacing up and down loudly at 11pm. My room shook, same also when people walk in the hallway and you can hear every word they say clearly.

The styling is very old and outdated, very rundown and needs TLC.

The free internet speed was unusable at 0.5 Mb/s up and down with frequent drop outs although the signal strength was strong. The £5 a night internet wasn't much better. I managed to do some teams calls but actually worked better from 4g.

Other than the lovely customer service, the rest was very disappointing and I'd be far less inclined to use Premier Inns after...

Stayed for a visit to Silverstone for 2 nights. Expectations were already low, though.. Where do I start.

No plug sockets in the room except for the kettle and TV, and even the latter is at desk height so it's really awkward to use. Really unhelpful.

Bathroom door wouldn't close as its warped.

Booked a twin room. The double bed was fine though the single bed had the worst mattress, springs sticking out and pinging every time you roll over.

There's no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms. Surely a standard in any hotel room?

No room service either. I guess because of covid perhaps, though it also means no topped up kettle accompaniments.

Walls and furniture all chipped and dented.

Extremely small TV. Didn't affect us, though a relevant point for if you intend to watch it.

No comments on the staff or the food as they were pleasant enough from my limited dealings, and the food is provided by the next door Greene King pub, so whilst it was pretty average at best (expected), its nothing to do with the...
