Dropped in for a pub lunch while out for a walk. Although a sunny November day they had the fire going which added to the ambience of the pub. The interior is traditional charm. Loads of Toby jugs on display. Fairly busy about 1pm, as not large inside so waited for a table for about 5 mins. Plenty of seatig outside though if you didn't mind. The barlady was very helpful and was very pleasant. Took our drinks and food order with a smile. We ordered 3 rounds of various sandwiches. Owners super friendly and accommodating with earlier check in ahead of wedding ceremony. In room breakfast and decent shower with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
