Woodside Field Motorhome Park, a hidden gem, set in a large open field surrounded by hedges and woodland, Must phone to book, unfortunately can't take tents, only CamperVans & Motorhomes, told some Caravans may be ok, but must phone first. Access to a water supply, chemical waste disposal point, a drive over grey water emptying point and free Wi-Fi. Liked: • It's adult only • Excellent value • Huge field but only 5 pitches • Pub 5 min walk • Immaculate facilities • Grass kept very short • Owners seem very pleasant

Disliked: • Some traffic noise from main road • Nowhere to give our dog his usual 30-45 min walk - the site is on a lane which has a main road each end. The paths on all the roads around the site run out a short way along so we had to just use the lane and come back the same way which wasn't very long. There is a wooded area on site for a quick walk round but it's about 5 mins to walk from one side...

Liked: Our favourite go to place. Very large field with max of 5 pitches. Water, chemical disposal and drive over grey waste. All well thought out. 5 min walk to a pub and bus stop that takes you to chipping sodbury, yate and Bath. You can cycle from the site to yate and chipping sodbury. Fire pots and wood available to hire. Situated just off the m4 so a great stop over. No negatives at all from us, we have always had lovely peaceful stays here. WiFi available.
