Granary banqueting and restaurant — Hotel in Wyre Forest

As a West Midlands wedding photographer I have photographed weddings in a lot of UK wedding venues, but Granary Halls is still one of my favourites.

Why do I love Granary Hall weddings?

-Easily accessible from Birmingham–there is plenty of free parking and the Hall,It is ideal for couples looking for the ambience of a country wedding without having to travel too far.

-It is hard to beat the idyllic setting of Granary Hall Park with its parkland, flowers, wetland and all its wildlife.

-The possibility of having the ceremony outside, if the weather is fine. Indoors or outdoors, I have loved photographing both! Having the ceremony outside is extra special, although there may be some duck and goose poo on the grass (the price you pay to be so close to nature!)

-Exceptional food provided by Granary Restaurant . I do have to mention that the food is of very high quality. I have heard so many guests congratulating the chef on the amazing wedding breakfast. And the evening pizza also goes down as a treat! I highly recommend all the catering at this venue!

-Fantastic customer service and wedding coordination. I worked with Wasi and Shani and they are super-organised with amazing attention to detail. The couples I whose weddings I have photographed have always felt well-taken care off.

In summary, Granary Hall is perfect if you are looking for a quintessentially country wedding in an idyllic setting without travelling too far from Birmingham . We used Granary wedding hall as the venue for our Wedding reception on 03 March 2022. I had originally booked and confirmed with another venue but upon stumbling across this venue, and realising they had our date free, I leaped at the chance to change our venue, and I can say, it was the best decision we made The venue is so beautiful!!! the lighting, incredible and the staff there, amazing! We had Natasha who confirmed our booking who was amazing to work with and Maryam our events manager for the evening. Maryam and Wasi was superb!! Super proactive and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding reception exceeded our expectations and created our vision and more!!! Our coach we had arranged for the guest ended up breaking down on route to collect the guest and Maryam leapt in to ensure guest were seated (for those elderly and not able to stand for long periods of time) she ensured they were sheltered and made the issue her own even though she was not obliged to do so. She was so proactive in also helping us, Maryam was calm, cool and collective and managed to sort the issue out for us. This venue will always hold a special place in my heart, anyone looking to host an event, Granary will not disappoint. From the wall tvs which you can personalise along the corridor, to the cloak room and its amazing staff, to the lighting production team (Wasi Cinematic Media !, also amazing!) to the Chivari ghost chairs, everything spot on!!! The most PHENOMENAL venue to date…Where do I being with the most epic experience we received from the Granary Hall. A magical venue celebrating your wedding with personal touches is what you receive when it comes to the Granary Hall.

Each moment was spectacular, from the venue, decor, catering , productions lights, the extra features of sparkles and Fog mist floors, gold floor ect and ultimately my favourite? the staff. There are separate spaces for prayers, groom and bridal suites that have a secret sliding balcony door viewing platform down to the main hall. A DREAM OR WHAT RIGHT !!!!!

A personal thank you to our events coordinator Wasi, he was an absolute legend. He listens to each detail that we wanted and made it even better when it came to the final day. He truly gave us the FAIRYTALE EXPERIENCE. When we walked into the venue it was truly the WOW Factor he promised. Everything couldn’t have been more perfect than what he done for us all. 4th December 2021 was a night to remember, the memories that we have been able to create, was all DOWN to You Wasi.
