King Parkway Mobile Home Community — Hotel in Aldine

Gilbert Guerra is no longer manager. The new management team is, Community Manager Gricelda Corral and office manager is Anna Sanches. They seem to be repairing the bad reputation of the MHC management of Gilbert Guerra. Hopefully they will do something to upgrade the street storm sewer infrastructure so a slow moving storm weather event doesn't flood the MHC streets. I am changing my review rating from one star review to a 4 star review. Kudos to the new management team.

Dont move here. Manager is rude and disrespectful. Manager makes up rules as he goes along instead of making ammendment to contract because most here can't afford to move the mobile home. Streets flood if it rains hard, and pray that a slow moving tropical storm doesn't hit Houston or you won't be able to leave or access your home, because of street sewers are inadequate and managementwill not fix this. Lot rent goes up every year, this year $50. Street are too narrow to afford parking. Night parking on streets gets your car towed. Streets are falling apart (cracked concreet pot holes that they try to repair unsuccessfully). Water gets turned off often due to failing infrastructure. Don't move here unless you can put up with these problems.

I do not recommend this trailer park; I am here to tell the truth of this trailer park, Looks are deceiving , yes it’s clean.

However I want to stress that the management is terrible. As you read through the comments , take that with truth. Being associated with a tenant who has lived here for 10+ years. The rumors are true about this place. He is Gilbert and I won’t stop till my voice is heard. Gilbert is the manager. Yes he abuses power;

Yes he will tow your car; yes he won’t answer your calls at night to get a parking pass. And the worst part he split the earrings with the towing company. Yes the manager (Gilbert ) owns trailer from previous tenants that he kick out(5)

yes he will charge $100 in fines if your grass is not mowed. Yes he splits the fines with the workers (70 Gilbert and 30 the worker) hence why he has not workers at the moment

yes he uses supplies from the trailer park on personal projects. Yes he is increasing trash usage starting July 1,2022 .

I have been living in King Parkway for quite a long time and have seen managers come and go. When they hired the devil Gilbert he was straight from hell. When he first started working for the park he was cutting grass and then they made him manager which at that point i feel the park went to hell. He did not know how to talk to people and he also was a fraud getting people's car towed and getting a kickback from it. I am so glad that God moved him from this part and the new manager Anna is very pleasant and patience. I am sure that all the residence are now more at ease with the devil not managing this park. The park is quite except for the young people pasting back playing loud music which is stupid. This is not a bad place to live because when I was looking for a park to put my mobile home this was the best...
