Taco Bell — Restaurant in Channelview

So first I’ll start by saying my food has been completely horrible and cold for some time now! This is our neighborhood location so obviously my family an I use this location. So I purchased a couple items, one was a Crunchwrap that was completely burnt! You can taste it! I tried getting past that, so then I’m like why I taste more of the bread a sour cream than anything. Considering it was so horrible I opted to open it up an I’ll insert video, it’s like they took a spoon full a stretched it far as it can GO! So I called to complain a the manager alliya she said her name is was literally trying to provoke an argument. I told her I’m sure I have the receipt it’s in the car with my son and he’s at work! So when he gets off I’ll be there with the receipt and the nasty food they prepared. I won’t my damn order refunded! I have the food an my receipt!!! Oh also the fries was as cold as a bottle of water no kidding! I’m completely understanding to a fault! So I asked him to replace it he said I’ll drop them back in the grease😑an he certainly did! So he put cold hard fries back in to cook is beyond me!!!! They are completely nasty at this location! Management is incompetent! If I told you over 5 x im sure I have my receipts why are u keep saying I can’t do anything without your receipts🙄I just hung up on her because ma’am you are trying to provoke me! So unprofessional!!!! I’ve never seen such rudeness ever! Oh and I recorded the conversation ☺️🤗 I just love the new feature with iPhone recording. So corporate will be getting this also!
