This casino is a total rip off. We've made five trips up here this year and every time we have encountered cold dead machines that have taken everything. Rakin Bacon, Lotus Link, the All Aboard train game, and even the Lightning/Phoenix Link games being examples. Over $4,500 in and never got a bonus giving back even 10% of our losses or 10 times our bet on any given machine. Average bets and bonuses were from $1 a spin to $10 a spin. Did get bonuses but it's just a total rip off for the little amount they pay back. They also switch out their machines every few months when the jackpots are high and ready to hit. I came back to play the Lotus Link where I lost almost $5,000 and the machines are now gone and there's already new ones that will soon be online (08/12/25). It's not like we're playing high limit games making large bets and expecting a bonus in an unreasonable amount of time. We've been top tier at several casinos for many years and know how slots work. We're only playing on 1 cent denomination for the most part with max bet at $5, $10 and sometimes higher. How is it that these bonuses averaging $1 a spin to $10 a spin continously give back $5 to $30 max time after time? I'm guessing these machines are set with a higher advantage to the house to compensate for the lack of players here to pay the casinos expenses. UPDATE Came back with $170 freeplay. Spent it all betting $1.50 to $5. Got two bonuses at $1.50 and one betting $1. Every bonus paid me less than $5 so I just pissed it away and left. This is a real casino for suckers. Nothing fair or random about the games when every trip is just gonna take. Don't even keep you in the seat for entertainment. As a top 500 player here, I'm disappointed. FINAL UPDATE I had to hang around for hours because they're now anal about mandatory check in at 4:00pm. Absolute latest is 8:00pm. I drive from San Antonio so it's crucial I make it through Austin and DFW before the early morning traffic or leave later and get in closer to midnight which means they cancel my room. This isn't going to work. I've never seen a casino that's so unfavorable to their loyal patrons. I will not be visiting this place again. I'm here for two nights but will not be gambling. Will head over to Choctaw to play my money and come back here when it's time to sleep. I will say the attendants and hotel workers are nice people, but that doesn't make up for how horrible this place is. Absolutely no attempt whatsoever to cater to people who live further out. It's like I'm supposed to drive here then get another room close by until my room is ready? Ah well, lesson learned. Lakecrest is not a casino for big spenders. It's just for the locals who live nearby who are in and out. UPDATE 8/19/25. Came back to use a $25 freeplay bonus. Decided to play Mighty Cash averaging 18 cents a spin just to see if it's possible to hit with freeplay here. Absolutely nothing. Spent another $50 out of pocket on small bet gsmes. Absolutely nothing. No bonus or line wins to even keep the game going. I'll be back to use these bonuses with no expectations. This is truly a casino for sucker. Stay away, do NOT waste your money in Chickasaw Nation! EDIT Back again 01/02/2025 to use a $75 freeplay bonus. Ate it like air. Two line wins, not a single bonus. Leaving with...

It really makes you wonder if the cleanup crew makes a little money when they find a room in disarray. It is hard to believe because I never smoked or lit anything in that room. It could be from an incident before my stay. It's only been open for less than two months. I don't believe it. They are fabricating this whole story so they can make $200. It leads me to think that if they're willing to lie and cheat about a hotel room, there is no telling how they will run a casino. The Gaming Compliance Unit needs to investigate this operation. I bet the whole place is corrupt, and at that point, I would never return there again. Lakecrest has shown its colors. Review: The female management was a little bossy the first time I went there, so I left. I was a guest the second time because they sent me two nights free at the hotel, so I took it up. Matt Burke the gaming operation manager, Called me shortly after my checkout. he said he was charging my credit card $200 because of smoking in the room. I told Matt, I do not smoke you must be mistaken, and you're talking about the wrong room. he claims that it was the same room 205, I was in. It had cigarette ashes and smelled like smoke in the room. I said; “This is absurd, I DO NOT SMOKE, and I did not smoke in that room.” I dispute your claim.! I was in the casino a couple of times and came back to my room, and I noticed that my clothes smelled like cigarette & cigar smoke. It's almost like a racketeering to get you in there for two free nights and then claimed that you smoked in their room and they charge you. that is absolutely ridiculous. this will be disputed, I did not smoke in my room.
It's a brand new place, very pretty inside and out. There was nobody there, a Ghost Town. It's very clean and nice. Plenty of parking is very lit up, which is good for security purposes. The food is terrible and expensive. Expect to go going out to eat somewhere else. The casino isn't much better, no beverage station. Lots of card tables, but not open, and the machines are not paying much, I guess they're paying for everything right now. I see lots of reviews with the same issues I had. The rooms on the pool side are loud music for 12 hours (9am-9pm), not good for napping during the day. TVs in all rooms are LG's Hotel Mode allows users to control TV only. OTHER INPUTS ARE LOCKUP. It prevent inputs by customers, and you will not be able to use your laptop computer w/HTML cord. So you are...
