The manager (I believe his name is James) is incredibly unprofessional and rude. The last 2 visits he has intentionally refused to acknowledge my existence. Once as I waited at the counter to ask for a side of ranch. He saw me, walked past me many times, but failed to ask if I needed anything. The cook had to come off the line to assist me when he noticed that he wasn’t going to. The second time (today) he didn’t want to take my order. Hygiene is clearly not a priority, which is unsettling in a restaurant setting. What really pushes it over the edge is the management — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It’s obvious that standards here are rock-bottom, both in the kitchen and in leadership. For what they charge, you’d expect at least basic quality and respect. You won’t find either here. I wish I could...
