We were here last month but unfortunately couldn’t stay due to their WiFi being down from the storm a night before & my wifi on the roof wasn’t getting good signal from being in the valley. My co-pilot (my service dog) & I work from my RV so we can travel but some type of WiFi is needed. We took 3wks & started in NJ going north spending 3-5 days in each state. I found this campground w/ very reasonable rates & full hookup if that’s what u need. It’s seems to be a quiet place without tons of children running around screaming. It’s family run & they are super friendly & very helpful. I paid for 3 nights before knowing their WiFi was down & mine not working due to being in the valley. She completely understood & refunded my money without no issues. I was kinda disappointed I couldn’t stay due to no WiFi & work but I will return when I don’t have to stay connected to the world as they had us right in front of the gorgeous lake with the mountains behind it & at the time, the people we would of been next too was playing a banjo that was so nice to hear w/ the surroundings. If u are looking for quiet, off the grid, no highway noise, friendly campground that allows dogs w/out grief then this is the place to be. I will be back when I’m not worrying about work...

Fun times, real fun times back then. They don't have that anymore and the campground almost has a whole other feeling now, not a bad one just a kind of much quieter much. It is very peaceful here and there is access to some of the most beautiful and swimmable parts of the Battenkill River, not to mention they have their own private pond (which is great for fishing, swimming in the pond idk people do but yuck I'll...
Read moreWe stayed here in our motorhome from 7/19 to 7/21 and loved it. The park is old, secluded, clean, shady, and quiet. There are nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. Right behind our camping site was a large open grassy field bordered by woods and it was perfect for taking our dogs out for a walk. The camp is close to Arlington Village and the Orvis Outlet is just a few miles away. My husband went just a few miles to fish the Battenkill River for trout and it's close to the Appalachian Trail. Mrs. Howell was so cute, and so sweet, she was a great host for her campground and we will stay here again if we are...
