Ashland Glamping — Hotel in Ashland

I recently brought my entire staff of 15 people to Ashland Glamping for a two-day retreat, and it was an absolute hit! We rented out the entire facility, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The communication with the Ashland Glamping team was top-notch—they were always available and incredibly responsive.

We happened to be there during a heat advisory, but thanks to the well-equipped, air-conditioned spaces, we stayed nice and cozy the entire time. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during the heat wave, ensuring our time together was not only comfortable but also highly successful.

This truly was a team effort, with the owner, property manager, and grounds manager all working closely with me as the retreat coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly. The sense of community at Ashland Glamping is fantastic—they have a great "village" both literally and figuratively. BEST place to celebrate a 40th birthday with our 6 year old and 18 year old. We stayed in the modern dome and loved how secluded it felt. A little path led right down to the water to fish. Everyone enjoyed fishing/hiking/kayaking/roasting mallows/grilling out/looking at the stars/playing board games. The hot tub addition will enhance this place even more for our next stay. The host Nan nailed accommodating us by going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. My family has traveled extensively all over the country for over a decade and many times we would seek out unique places to stay. This is now one of our favorites and to be in such a great location quick access from the interstate was the cherry on top. We had that feeling of being way out in the middle of nowhere like when we drive or fly for several hours to get somewhere special…but the convenience of shopping/coffee shops/etc just a few minutes away and only a couple...

Ashland Glamping was an amazing place for my extended family to stay on Fathers Day. We rented the Coastal Dome and everything looked pristine and brand new. Plenty of space for 7 adults and 7 kids, air conditioning was on point, plenty of places to cook, multiple bathrooms. The outdoor tables/fire pit/hot tub/outdoor shower area was a great place to gather. Having the pond/boats/lake was a great way to entertain our grade school/high school kids. You have to go outside (just a few steps) to access the dome from the bunkhouse which was not a big deal. The loft and the bunk beds are absolutely charming and it’s so cool to have an indoor slide.
