Acova Inn Motel — Hotel in Avoca

My name is Bryan and I wanted to sit down and write this review and give Credit due where it's due. I am presently staying the night at the Acova Inn in Avoca Iowa right off Highway 59 and Interstate 80. It is a small Good little Motel that is clean and the other good reviews are definately consistent with what I am now writing. Clean Sizable Rooms with good Heat WIFI and very Affordable. The Housekeepers here are very cool too. Talked with both Amanda and Michelle They both are very decent gals who do a good job and, Have good people skills and truly hospitable to Folks. The Manager Kim here is Awesome and a very good hearted lady. Who treats people very good!. Overall my first impression and feelings about this place are very good. I would Highly recommend this place to Travelers on US 59 and I-80 That want a good small motel to stay at. So stop in and stay here in fact, don't stay anywhere else. Make the Acova Inn your stop when passing through the Avoca iowa area. We as Americans need to support our Local Mom and Pop Motels and Small Businesses as that is the American thing to do. I stayed here for about a month following the start of a new job. The area is small and there really isn't much around but this motel was a true hidden gem.||||My room was clean just about every day and I always had fresh towels. If I ever needed anything, all I'd have to do was go to the office and talk to Kim (manager). Kim was very accommodating and kind, as were the other room attendants, motel personnel, and the owner Al. Wifi and cable TV were nice additions to my room.||||The motel is conveniently located near I-80 and Highway 59. There is a decent restaurant next door (The Embers), a truck stop nearby, a Dollar General, and a few other places. The neighborhood is very quiet and I didn't have to worry about my vehicle being vandalized nor losing any of my personal effects to theft. ||||I would encourage anyone to stop in if they're looking for a quiet, clean room at a reasonable price. I travel across the country for my job.And I showed up last night.It was about eleven o'clock. There was writing all over the windows management Karmen and had the motel phone number and anorhee number to call i tried the hotel number first no. Answer then I tried the second phone number which I knew how to be a cell phone. No answer so then I text that second number telling them. I'm at the front door and then I need a room while she comes back and says who's this so I said I need a room? I'm outside. She does well, I've got COVID. And then she asked me.
