When we arrived we were immediately disappointed with the walkways and driveways were not salted or sanded and it was extremely slippery navigating from the truck to our upstairs outdoor unit. Between the upper stairs and our unit there was a 2 foot snow bank blocking the walkway which has slid off the roof at some point. Despite calling and asking for someone to shovel it or at the very least for someone to provide a shovel for me to do it was never looked after during our stay. Bathroom wouldn’t stay closed. There was no working wifi which with the three kids made for a painful couple of days…the cell reception in the mountains was poor so tethering the kids to our phones was a spotty process at best. We called multiple times and were given a variety of different reasons excuses etc with no one even offering to stop in to see if they could help us, move us to another unit etc…we were made to feel that we were the problem and there was a complete lack of caring as to if our stay was comfortable or not. We felt very much like no one was at all interested in our concerns. The Smart TVs did not work online undoubtedly due to the Internet connection not working. We were told day two after calling the front desk that no they don’t really work well ever…”well sometimes haha”. We had no working room phone although we had a continual flashing red (not a message they said) with no explanation or aid from front desk despite calling and them letting know. They told us they would get right back to us and “get us a code” to clear the phone. That code never came nor was there any follow up. The Attitash sales office had initially booked a sleigh ride for the family and due to the freezing rain we called to rebook to which we were told they do not book or rebook at the desk. When I explained that they had booked it initially they said oh must have been the sales department sorry. End of discussion. No forward…no helpful number we could call…when asked if we could get the number we were told I would have to look it up or drive down and find someone who worked for them out back. We did eventually find the number and called the gentleman who owned that enterprise and he was wonderful to deal with and rebooked without any issue. The Deck door seal was gone creating a draft. The shower temperature never ever ever ever heated up. Finally Sunday morning we had booked a tour to view the condos as we were looking into ownership (friends of ours referred us and we were excited about the prospect of getting a unit with them). One of the kids wasn’t feeling well and I went to the appointment alone only to be told they could not show me the room unless my wife and I were both present…I left it with them that If this was the level of service we received prior to ownership I couldn’t possibly imagine how awful service would be as owner…despite having the room booked the room for another day, we left promptly Sunday morning and went the Hilton up the road where we were met with exemplary service. My Overall rating on the 4 out of 10. On service was most definitely a 2 out of 10.

I review a business based on the price I pay. Keep this in mind as I give five stars to what is probably a two star motel. We greatly enjoyed our three night stay at the motel. Be assured that this is part of the Attitash Mountain Resort, but a little ways down the road (so you’ll have to hop in the car for pool, hot tub, tennis, trails, etc.). We had side by side rooms (17 and 18) which were perfect for our family of eight. The little kitchenette was great (but could use some more lighting). It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and not at all like what I’m reading on these other reviews. We used the outdoor grill one night, which was nice. We paid $259 for all three nights, which required a sit down talk and tour for a time share at the main resort. Worth it to us. Would do it again.

Ok so I have stayed here years ago, found it was an easy location for what I wanted to do while in the area, this time around. I can't give it 5 stars because of the following... Didn't inform us the parking lot was getting a recoat. I was in the last room on the second floor, had to park further away because of this being done. Luggage is heavy when on the second floor, the smell was horrible. Bed was horrible Sunk into the couch when you sat on it A light is needed when you can make coffee. Shower curtain makes a horrible mess with the water. I could go on...... The staff was pleasant and did address my complaints. Hopefully they do some updating soon, and not just the parking lot.

Had a great stay for 3 nights at Attitash Motel & Suites. Only stayed 2 nights as we didn’t make it on Thanksgiving when we planned to check in because we were delayed. Booked a promo deal that required a 90 minute tour of the property. Was told it was no pressure or obligation. Our tour was at 9:20 on Saturday morning. We had our 18 mo old twins with us and had to carry them up and down multiple flights of stairs because there is no elevator (or handicap access for that matter). Nobody greeted us at the front desk and we stood there for 5+ minutes without being acknowledged until I finally asked how we would get upstairs. Once up there, we were greeted by Dan, who was very nice and friendly. He had crackers and was very accommodating with the babies and tried to help keep them busy. He said he would get us in and out quickly (since we had the babies) and if it’s something we were interested in today great, if not, no pressure. Boy was that the farthest thing from the truth. Our “tour” went beyond the 90 mins. The “closer” Steve came over to pressure us into an immediate sale and snapped at me when I said we wouldn’t be making any decision today. Steve was also extremely out of place and rude when I had to check my cell phone for texts from my other children (who were back at the room with their oldest sibling) and a delayed instacart order I was waiting on. He was visibly upset that we were not impressed with his delivery and pushy demeanor. He asked me the same questions countless times and I couldn’t take it anymore and asked to leave. He stormed off and said “I’ll give you back to Dan.” The resort is decent and we had an okay stay but it was very strange that our room keys suddenly stopped working and we had to go to the front desk after to ask for new ones. I would not buy a timeshare here simply due to Steve’s...

Our hotel room was not up to expectations for the amount of money we had to spend because we didn't want to attend a time share meetings. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY! Absolute high way robbery. Construction made it hard to park where our room was and the parking lot was a sheet of ice I feel once and smashed my head off the ground, my husband almost did the same after and we were going as slow as possible...Normally when you first walk into a hotel/motel your greeted with a refreshing smell because it had just been cleaned that day. There was a slight Oder when we first walked in then my eyes instantly went to the floor. The floor looked as though it hadn't been mopped in a very long time, there was visible mud spots and dirt I couldn't go barefoot had to wear my shoes the whole time. I took a wet paper towel wiped one small area and it was black. Not to mention that several spots on the floating floor were separating/ missing. Vinyl flooring was lifting and missing pieces also. Trim around fireplace missing. Hair was in the shower, bed smelled like pee so we couldn't even sleep under covers had to layer blankets and sleep on top, used q tips under the bottom lip of vanity in the bathroom, and the dishes that were suppose to be clean in the cabinet were cloudy, spotted and smelled weird we did not use. Jacqueline's customer service was not top notch either, maybe she could of let us pick the time to do time share meeting? would of made more sense seeing how we had 1 full day up there and didn't want to waste any of our time talking about the resort or time shares. I've stayed at the village before and rooms were in better shape, but this motel was awful not to mention that we woke up with a super head cold this morning.. who knows when the last time that room was cleaned properly?!? The pictures don't...
