Walls are paper thin. Door locks are sketchy and unstable. The entire condo smells of cigarettes. Alarmingly Outdated. Flatscreen TV in the bedroom is literally from 2003. Switched on the heat pump A/C in master bedroom and found black mold growing on the vent. After reading the reviews it’s likely not worth attempting to contact anyone about the possibility of addressing the mold on the unit. I guess this is what happens when one fails to read the reviews before booking. Lesson learned. Be sure to check your wall unit heat pumps for mold. Good luck. 10 p.m. update: one of the electrical outlets in the spare bedroom does not work. Why would that be? At least the ceiling fans are working.

. Condos are run down and faucet handles are backwards, which could result in burning a child or yourself. The hall in building 19 smells of urine. Limited close parking to building, if you arrive back late at night, you have to find your own parking spot. One pool and one jacuzzi for allllllll of the buildings. Wasn’t able to reserve a time to use either one on a four day weekend. Explain that to anxious kids who packed up their suits and towels. They squeezed us in for the game room. Four of the twelve machines ate our money and the air hockey table has holes in it. For the price, better options are available.

Always clean rooms, pleasantly decorated, and friendly service. Also, only a short drive away from the North Conway Outlet Shopping Centre, Settler’s Green, and the Attitash Ski Hill.

After months of planning and talking with Jennifer I reserved and paid in full, for two penthouse condos, side by side, for about 20 of us in my family to stay. Upon arrival we found several broken items including a pull out sofa 2 smaller children fell through to learn it was broken, blinds, toilet seat that was broken and learned when my older aunt punched her thigh when sitting (leaving us only the 1 toilet for everyone in the condo). We then discovered that there was not a working dryer in one of the condos and a non-working washer in the other condo. After complaining and staying for the week with 20 people with a single washer and a single dryer (the1 washer between the 2 condos also wasn't very effective bcause you had to run each load 2×) there was a lot of frustration especially with the older people in the group based off of the injuries, conditions and lack of management attempting to rectify the issues. It seemed as though there is nothing they wanted to do to make it better. (except the toilet seat, that was replaced). I reiterated the issues upon my departure and the woman I spoke with sincerely seemd to care that the stay wasn't ideal and nobody took care of the issues. She assured me that Jennifer had to deal with issues before and always tries to make it right for the customer and that she would leave her a message and Jennifer would for sure get back to me in a timely manner. I've sent in a review card , left messages and never, now months later, got a response. After thousands of dollars, multiple reports of issues, several requests to fix the problem I've gotten nothing. I came here because it's where we'd vacation when i was a child. I've taken my children back there since i've moved out of state but it's been several years. This was a disappointing return, tainted the vacation with the older people being irritable over injuries (to them from the toilet and little ones from the bed) lack of being able to have clean towels or even clothes. I was told with the first complaint that both condos were owned by the same person and this was the first rental, but nothing was ever done other than that excuse and replacing the toilet seat. I know a refund/credit, tickets to an attraction or anything else wouldn't have fixed the injuries or lack of appliances etc. but i did expect SOME kind of gesture because the amenities and what not included, weren't all actually available to us. Very disappointed for all the time planning and money spent to be tainted because of...

Yuck. I stayed 5 nights in unit 22H. With the popularity of AirBnB’s and VRBO’s, I don’t understand how Season’s business model of brokering rentals for individual unit owners is even a thing. This unit was dated and stuck in 1985 with non working WiFi, dated decor, uncomfortable beds and pillows, leaking ac’s and a wet carpet. The signage in the unit leaves the guest feeling like an imposition rather than a customer. Why is there inventory of dollar store dishes and kitchen utensils taped to the cupboards as a warning? No one wants to steal your cheap dishes and if a glass accidentally breaks, just know that the guest is responsible for it. The dated kitchen was “stocked” with a half roll of paper towels, no napkins and not much else besides cheap dishes and a bottle of moldy maple syrup. If you stay here, make sure you have a full itinerary because you will not want to spend more time in this place than needed. The clubhouse has a huge hot tub but the surrounding walls have black mold growing and the pool is a suspicious shade of green. The whiffle ball field is an overgrown mess that seems to double as a dog toilet and the earth has reclaimed the horseshoe pits. The property is in need of a facelift and updating. There are too many choices in the area to settle for spending lots of money for such a worn down accommodation. Will...

I rented through Airbnb and stayed at condo 5G for 2 nights and it was clean and well supplied. It was just as pictured. We did have a problem with hot water after a few people showered. I understand because of covid certain things are limited but they did not explain we needed a reservation for pool and hot tub ( that was not working) ahead of time. There was also a very rude woman in the front desk. When I checked in she did not explain much of anything. When I go to my pool reservation at 6 pm she answers with an attitude that I was late. I asked her to make another reservation since it was a Monday and they weren’t to busy. I went to grab my family and as we walk in she again says with at attitude “close the door behind you”. I asked which door because that door had always been open when I went to check in and when I walked in for my reservation. She again answers with an attitude “the white door right in front of you”. I told her that door was always open that was not my problem but I closed it anyways. Customer service is very important to me because we are paying to stay here and expect to be treated with respect and if we are not we will not be back. It is crazy to see that in 2021 people still choose who to be nice or rude to. The Condo is great but I would not go back or recommend this...
