Bedford Inn — Hotel in Bedford Township

This place has a nice location except for the cops that are currently harassing the customers coming in and out of there. seems like the customer is no longer are seeing or going to this motel anymore the services okay housekeeper seems really nice and she's really prompt with your needs. The owner jay was polite but his wife who helps run the motel is truly the opposite of her husband. She generally works behind the desk and is very rude , doesn't have proper communication or customer skills . When I was asking questions about the room who had bed bugs and I brought her to the room and showed her moving ,live ones she simply said" all motels have them" So it was past the ten minutes window which they allow you to receive a refund or exchange rooms there fore she wasn't allowing me to ., So because all motels have them she refuse to move my room because why infect other rooms? I then asked if they all have them why does it matter,she proceeded to say that she wasn't moving me and no refund and walked away. This motel never use to be so bad , somehow down the line it truly became a pit and the owners need to learn customer...

I recently had one of my best vacation experiences at the Bedford Inn. 🌟✨ I’ve stayed at many motels over time, but this one truly stood out. 🏨💖 I was in Bedford for 4 days 🗓️ and tried 4 different suites during my stay 🛏️. Each one impressed me with its cleanliness 🧼🧽, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff 👩‍💼👨‍💼, and the overall comfort of the stay 💤. Everything was simply perfect! ✅😊 I highly recommend visiting the Bedford Inn at least once 🎯 — it’s a wonderful place with affordable jacuzzi 🛁 and hot tub options ♨️ that make the stay even more enjoyable. 🧳🛎️ During my stay at Bedford Inn 🏨✨, I had a great conversation with the staff 👩‍💼👨‍💼 and got to know that they recently upgraded all the suites! 🔧🛋️ Honestly, you can tell the difference — when you look at some of the older pictures in past reviews 📸🕰️, they seem a bit outdated. But the new upgrades are absolutely amazing! 😍🔥 Everything looks fresh, modern, and super cozy 🛏️🌿. I’m really glad I experienced the updated version — it definitely made my stay even better! ✅💖

My husband and I were celebrating Valentines Day early. We came here for a romantic getaway. We got the Jamaican Suite, and we were not impressed. The first thing I noticed was a stench in the room. The second thing I noticed was the cigarette burns in the comforter. Then I noticed the dirty floor tiles. My husband pulled back the sheets and saw hairs all in the bed. The bedframe was a California king, and the bed was queen size, so we kept hitting our legs on the metal frame. The television was a display model, so there was an advertisement about the tv on each channel we turned to. We brought things to the room to make ourselves feel more comfortable, so we made the best of the situation. We expected a better quality room. Our overall opinion of the Bedford Inn was a fail. This could be a really nice place, but it needs to be cleaned properly and upgrades. We are not sure if we want to go back to experience the Roman Suite or Valentines Suite. I hope that you all have a better experience...
