Deluxe Inn Near Toledo Ohio — Hotel in Bedford Township

Had an issue with our first room, staff was very nice and helpful about getting us a different room. This is an older motel as to why I gave rooms two stars. But location is near many stores Meijer, Target, Kroger, fast food, and sit down like Applebee's. Near the on/off ramps to the freeway. Quiet motel, staying while working in the area. They do have security cameras if they work I don't know but they have them. Stains on the sheets are just that stains, like when you spray a heavy duty cleaner and it discolors the fabric. Pillows are ultra soft so if you need a firm one bring your own. And an extra blanket if you're prone to being cold because all you get is a light sheet in some rooms. Service extremely poor. Bed bugs and roaches. They act like they can't understand and use the fact that they are indian to try and get over on resident's and people visiting. Some people pay $300+ a week while other's pay $250 a week. The owners are not the people who live there and poorly maintain the property. They have the 15 & 16 year old kid's kick folks out and do other business that the actual workers should be doing. Me and my wife currently stay here and the experience is above average, the management now is clean and they care about there guests and the rooms are kept up too.... No bugs except maybe a milk fly here and there but other then that I give this hotel a 5 star rating because we feel taken care of not only as guests but as friends as well...
