The good side of the Vegas, the floors have been redone and there is no carpet. If this place had carpet, it would be scary. The no smoking signs are everywhere. But there's no telling how long that has been the policy because the whole place, including inside the rooms, smells like an ashtray. If I could've afforded to lose my money in this prepaid reservation, I definitely would've gone somewhere else. I arrived at about 10:00 at night and was immediately put on guard by the sketchy guy smoking outside the door. It did not help any when he came inside to check me in. There was what appeared to be some sort of red sauce crusted to the wall and the staff exposed part of the box spring of my mattress was filthy! The bed had no proper comforter and the blanket that was on it looked as though it easily could have been 20 years old. The TV was at least new enough that I could stream Netflix and the cable service was better than many hotels. I couldn't find any traces of bed bugs, but I'm still not entirely convinced they weren't there. They seem to have attracted the absolute grossest clientele that could afford a room in Billings. I'm told that somehow the attached restaurant is actually really good. But it was being renovated while I was there. However, based on all of the other restaurants I visited in Billings, the bar is really low. The hot water literally took several minutes to come out of the faucet and one morning started to fade off before I was done. There is a convenience store and a Pizza Hut right across the street. So that's convenient. I have a feeling that if I had stopped in town for meth, I would've been delighted! However, that's not what I was here for. Do not be fooled by the possibility of getting a good deal because it's got a casino, as I was. This place is gross and you're gambling whether you go to the casino or not! The staff was actually fairly friendly, despite their appearance. I do not recommend staying here and the locals I spoke with said the other similarly prices locations in town are equally sketchy. If you must stay the night in Billings, don't plan on finding a good cheap hotel. They simply...
Read moreBooked the king suite, got up to the room the temperature was way to hot to be comfortable, fixed that nice comfortable 70 degrees. Pillows on the bed were next to nothing, went to the front desk asked for a couple more to try to make one pillow, they had no extra pillows on hand just enough for each room. I returned to my room and decided to make due, tried to turn on the TV, remote doesn't work, I check the batteries making sure they were in correctly determined the remote was good just not working the tv, manually turned the TV on (plugged into extension cord) it's telling me to do an auto scan for channels, run it through and nothing but static (0 channels) I call the front desk desk worker telling him about the tv he comes up and gets the tv to show actual picture and leaves. Tried the remote again and nothing, called the front desk again he comes back tries the remote doesn't work, leaves and comes back with another remote and still doesn't work. He decides he could move us to another room to fix the problem, it's 11pm now so sure. Moves us to a room with 2 queen beds, downgrade to my original room, did not reduce my cost for the stay... second room, we get in unpack again watched some tv (yay it works) and I get a knock on my door, I answer and there is other guests stating they just got booked to the same room, I tell them sorry but I have the room already. We sleep in bed 1 it felt like an earthquake every time you or your partner turned over or got in/out of bed. We get up the next day to start our day, have a coffee pot but no coffee, go to our complimentary breakfast and I was told it was eggs and hashbrowns with bacon on top, couldn't tell you for sure what it was. Also had pancakes out, outer edges was super hard and centers soft (only edible part). Leave the hotel and return to the room laterin the evening, room2 turn the tv on to relax and notice that the 42 inch tv screen had blacked out to about a 24 inch screen and shrunk the longer it was on for, was glad to check out. Staff was friendly yes, overall accommodations not so great, I will never return to this...
Read moreDo NOT stay here!!!! First I booked this hotel online. It says I was reserving 2 king bedroom. But when I got the confirmation, it said I was getting 2 queen room instead! I called the number attached to their site, I got a voicemail. I left a message trying to clarify the reservation and if I could get a AAA discount. I never got a return call. When I arrived at the hotel ( first impressions are everything) it’s old, and run down, in a sketchy part of town.
I walked in the building and was greeted with many other people waiting in line to check in. I waited a half hour before I got to the desk.
I inquired about the bed status. I was told I was getting 2 queens and it didn’t matter because the price is still the same for two Kings. And if I wanted the AAA discount, I would have to cancel my reservation and rebook directly with them, but they weren’t guaranteeing that I get a room!!! The online site said no refunds within 24 hours of reservation, so had I cancelled, I would have been double charged!!! David was the manager. He’s very rude!
We walked to our room/ the hallways were smelly. Our room was FILTHY! There were stains in the carpet, white crusty stuff on the curtains, the lampshade has something spilled on it, the bathtub faucet was broken, and the window didn’t lock. I called the front desk and asked for it to be repaired but “maintenance had left for the day” so I ended up staying awake all night because I feared for my life!
Breakfast: they give you tickets to get breakfast. You have to go to the dining room. We had to wait in line and the waitress took our order ( we asked for it up go) there were 4? Options
Pancakes, eggs, and bacon is what we chose.
It wasn’t good. It all tasted like it was made from the box ( the chef brought our food to us- he was nice)
Upon checking out, I asked for my receipt, the man who checked me out didn’t know how to print it. I just left. I wasn’t waiting around anymore. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!! Don’t stay there. Rude staff, and disgusting rooms. See pics...
