Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Billings

I just want to SEND OUT A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT THIS PARTICULAR PIZZA HUT !!!! I GREATLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THAT YOU DID FOR ME THAT DAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!! The Staff ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!! NOT JUST FRIENDLY SERVICE, HELPFUL, VERY KIND & COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL, NONE JUDGEMENTAL, THE STORE AS WELL AS THE PARKING LOT WHERE ALL VERY CLEAN AS WERE ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES VERY PROMPT ON TAKING MY ORDER,AS WELL AS FAST.. THE STAFF WENT WAY ABOVE & BEYOND WHAT WAS EVEN NECESSARY in August 2023 I left home without realizing that I forgot my Wallet..I only had $7.00 & some change in my pocket when I realized that I had forgotten everything else at home in Lockwood NONE THE LESS !! I asked the MNGER who was a Young Lady how much a Medium 1 topping hand tossed pizza would be, she politely told me that it would cost $7.99 to which I asked her okay so what else do you got ?? LOL She said actually I think that I have a Medium 1 topping pizza in the back & I also have some Bread sticks..I am thinking there's NO WAY I CAN AFFORD THAT IF I CAN'T EVEN PAY FOR A 7.99 PIZZA..I ASKED HER HOW MUCH & when SHE TOLD ME THAT I OWED NOTHING I HAD TO ASK HER AGAIN HOW MUCH SHE SAID !!!! & again she said that I owed nothing I almost started to cry..She RENEWED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY THAT DAY & I AM SO VERY VERY...

I am out well over 100 dollars. Simply in "promos" that I had to make a minimum purchase of JUST to redeem said promo. I'd place an order, wait 2 sometimes 3 HOURS for the food to show up cold. When I called to complain about it, they offered me a "promo" code for my inconvenience. Well, I'd place another order in good faith that what happened...wouldn't happen again. Boy was I wrong. Well after about 3 times of this happening, I got fed up and it just so happens that someone from "home office" reached out to me to see if there was "anything that can be done to fix the situation." I have been back and forth with this person for well over 2 months now. Brittany I believe her name is. Long story short, her story kept on changing regarding who I was supposed to hear from. First, it was Daniel the manager AT the store in question. Then it was Mike shearer. Then Mike kocher. Both of whom she claimed were "head" of their department. I haven't heard anything from anyone. No missed calls from unknown numbers, no voice-mail, etc. So, she has very effectively been giving me the run around. Bottomed line, customer service is nonexistent here. The food sucks. You would be better off going to papa John's, papa Murphys, little caesars, ANYWHERE other than here. Because anyone can out pizza this...

I am not normally someone who takes the time to deal with writing a review, so I have to be pushed pretty far to come to this point. But i can say with 100% certainty that the Belknap Pizza Hut Location in Billings Montana, is without a doubt the WORST Pizza Hut Location in Billings. Every single time i have gone to this location, or ordered delivery, it is a longer than expected wait, and the staff are just NASTY. Some rude woman, who i have to assume is the manager, yelling at the other staff, treating customers like garbage, and doing a poor job of giving quality. It's like her whole motto for working is "Just get it out of here!". Food is often times made wrong, or poorly, with cheese not covering the whole pizza, or notes left on the order not paid attention to. It also doesn't help that this location always takes over 1 hour to delivery, because they let door dash take deliveries. Also, it seems to me that Corporate has abandoned this location, due to run down equipment that barely works. The amount of times i see the cashier having trouble with their systems is crazy. I am always one to give second, third, even fourth chances, but Belknap Pizza Hut has had its last. If you want Pizza Hut, go to King Ave or Main. Do NOT go to...
