My adult daughter and I stayed here 3/18-20/22. Got in at last minute due to cancellation. It is small and quaint and well kept right on Blanco River which was extremely low so we did not get to fish as hoped. But we were able to easily visit Wimberly for a day of fun shopping and lunch and go to Wildseed Farm in Fredricksburg before returning to cookout and have an adult beverage by the river. Lovely. Never found public bathrooms but we didn’t need it. The pads are long cement level pads. The spots are very close together but you tend to sit facing river and not right out you trailer door anyway. Lots of fire pits with wood and hige dog walking with trash cans all along for Tossing poop bags so the grounds were clean and not dodging dog poop everywhere. Recommend for nice place to stay while shopping. If river is up then kids may enjoy. If not, they would be bored I think. Bit of road noise because my Rockwood Roo 19 trailer is hybrid with tent pop outs at ends. If you have fully enclosed then doubt it would be an issue. The People are very kind, mostly retired folks and quiet - all in extremely nice large rigs while...

The property is right off of the Blanco River. I'm sure after it rains and the river is full the river looks amazing. There was no water when we went but that was not a problem for us as it was freezing cold anyway. The cabin was nice and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The property is pet friendly as long as you have well behaved pets and you clean up after them. I brought my dog's kennel to prevent her damaging anything if we left to go explore nearby. The restaurants and shops off of Main are about a 6 minute drive away and there are several whiskey distilleries and breweries a short drive away also. The location is great! Communicating with the owners was super easy and I got fast responses. The cabin had everything we needed including coffee, shampoo and conditioner, soap, towels, microwaive and a fridge. It was so peaceful and quiet. Yes, you can hear the cars on the road and motorcycles, but late at night I didn't hear much. The roads are super dark so I doubt there are a lot of drivers out late. I slept like a baby after about 9-10pm. We hope to come back soon. We really...

I can't speak about the rooms or service for this location because my family and I were here for a late lunch at the restaurant/Cafe. The grounds are nice, campers and cabins are present. There's a larger cabin towards the back for larger parties. The grounds are neat and clean. The cabins are esthetically pleasing (White & Black Farmhouse esthetic). The area is quiet and the people we ran into were pleasant/friendly. The Cafe was a pleasant surprise! Coffee was great, food was great, service was great, the cook was great! We will definitely rerun and we recommend this cozy spot to anyone who's willing to try it! Get those dog on pancakes!

Location is on the Blanco river 1.2 miles from town. An absolutely gorgeous family owned property with large shade trees, a sand beach all within walking distance from RV sites. A large pavilion is available for renting for any event you like. A small store and restaurant (with an excellent breakfast menu!) are available. I have not stayed in the onsite cabins but have spoken to guests who love them! The RV crowd adore Tillman as well and we met a couple who stay for months! We came for the Blanco Lavender festival which was wonderful. Bought Texas bred plants for my garden. Quite a gem in the Texas Hill Country!!
