Bonham Inn — Hotel in Bonham

Horribly rude staff that can't mind their own business and verbally assaulted my ex while she was picking up my daughter and kicked me out and stole my money, refused refund and was threatened with physical violence and the police. Absolutely the worst ran business establishment I have ever had the misery of experiencing. Avoid this place like the plague. I would like for the owner to reach out to me to remedy this situation. This is not worth 1/10 of a star. First thing is it looks like a crack house when you pull up. Ok old motel. Open door bug spray hits you in the face. Stand at the bed turn around and see the bathroom and shower Lucky if its 3x4 foot no towels no coffee maker microwave setting on top of the mini fridge. But the best part was the bed I pulled back the sheets to check the mattress there are small black spots everywhere where. When I went up to the manger she came to the room and looked and said that is not bed bugs it's crums of food. And refused a refund. Would not recommend to a hobo....

Would rate no stars if I could. We are moving so just called to see about renting a room for a week and need to take my dogs. They asked for documents that my animals are service animals which I politely notified them that you're not supposed to. The manager started yelling and then hung up on me and hung up the call when I called back without answering. They are definitely very rude. Go to American Value or Economy Inn.
