DO NOT GO HERE. I would not even call this a hotel. Firstly, when we walked in it smelled like smoke, then there were holes and stains in the wall and ceiling. It looked like a horror movie, The lights were so dim and yellow. Finally, we got are keys, and we started walking towards are "hotel" room. I did not want to take the elevator, I was already sketched out. So I took the disgusting, stained stairs. When we got to our room, I looked nice until I noticed all the ANTS. It got even worse, the bathroom trash was not taken out, there was toothpaste in the sink and the toilet seat was disgusting. Also, the rug that was supposed to be grey had a yellow tint. The pool was nice until I felt like I was going to pass out because of how strong the smell of chemicals was. The water was nice but not very spacious and a lot of people were there so it wasn't enjoyable. Now it gets even worse. Nighttime comes around, and I tried to take a warm shower and the shower handle was broken, it didn't even go to hot. So I had to take a cold shower. Don't even get me started with sleeping. I was staying the night with four friends, and we were all in different rooms. One room had a hole in the ceiling and water was pouring down. The other one had a pair of boxers, full can of tabaco, trash under their sheets. The third room had ants all over their bed, and had to move rooms. Now I was paranoid, so I checked my room found achool, more ants and a hole in my sheet. As I was trying to fall asleep, I got creeped out by hand prints on the mirror and there were bugs in the corner. AND THERE WERE SO MANY CRUMBS IN MY BED. Finally, after I only got 3 hours of sleep because it felt like I was sleeping on bricks. I got up and found ants on my bed. Don't even get me started on the breakfast. I love breakfast, but I did not eat that. I was so glad to get out of there. Not only that, but I would only recomed this hotel to the people you don't like. So if you want lice, every germ ever. You would love this place. Only go here if you have bug spray, glove, cleaning supplies, new bedsheets...
Read moreThe hotel looked nice enough and they allowed pets ($35/ea per night) They have a decent breakfast buffet.
That's about all the good you can say about this place.
If you expect any sort of comfort in your room, you'll need to make sure you stay on a night that absolutely no one else is checked in to the same wing as you, otherwise, with the lack of anything insulating or durable, you'll hear EVERYTHING. The best is hearing the herd of elephants every time someone uses the steps.
The pool is tiny and not much of a pool. The hot tub, is literally just a tub of hot water. The button to turn on the jets looks like it's been smashed with a fist so don't expect it to work.
The water pressure in the shower is laughable, same with the toilet. The sink has more pressure to it than the two of them combined.
The doors are lightweight and don't shut properly. So don't expect safety and security. They're easy enough to open my DOG was able to open them, Twice.
Good luck hearing the TV in your room with how horribly loud the room ac/heater unit is.
And the cherry on top! Don't make the mistake of confusing these simple minded managers by splitting payment between two people for a weekend. Otherwise you'll end up like me, fighting them for several days for charging almost twice the amount to my card while ALSO charging the other person's card. So for a 3 night stay we are currently out almost $1000.
We have given a time frame and if they don't refund us our money we will be filing a charge back with our banks, canceling the cards so they can't try again, and talking to a lawyer about dealing with a company who blatantly steals with no regards to people all because their employees are thieves and ignorant to how to use their own systems
So if you value your sanity and your money, you would be better off sleeping in your car at the truck stop next for or pitching a tent in one of the state...
Read moreI had never experienced a real live Karen till this hotel. We called the front desk before booking to ask if they had a working hot tub and pool and was told they did, so we booked. Upon arriving we discovered the hot tub did not work. The boy at the desk kinda looked clueless so I figured I’d wait till morning to ask for any compensation. The older man at the desk has helped us out graciously early in the night, exemplary customer service from him. So the next morning I go to ask the lady at the desk politely I say “ excuse me? We were told you had a working hot tub when we booked, since You don’t I feel like we deserve some type of compensation” mind you I said this calmly and nicely and she immediately “ YOU NEED TO LOWER YOUR VOICE. STOP yELLING AT ME!!!! I DON’T NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!” Confused I realized I was dealing with an insane person so I calmly and quietly asked for corporates number, she laughed at me and said “FIND IT YOURSELF” when I asked for her name, she said the same, when I asked for a manager, she ran into the back. I have never in my life experienced treatment like that from front desk staff at any hotel, I was executive housekeeper, as well as having been a night audit and I can’t imagine speaking to a guest in that way, it was insane!!!! And my first thought was, there’s no way I’m the first one. So I go look at reviews and sure enough, she’s in most of them. She needs fired. I cannot believe a hotel would risk keeping someone so impatient and unintelligent in a position where they are the face of the hotel. She is creating horrible memories for your guests, some of which are on vacation. The room was dingy and cold. Nothing worked when we first got there, the nice man helped us with that, the key didn’t work and the phone also didn’t work. Wouldn’t recommend. Move on to the...
