Lone Pine Cabins — Hotel in Branch Township

What do I say about such an awesome place! And for it to still be just getting bigger!!! Theirs cabins, tents, water slide, kayaks, paddle boards and so much more! That's not even considering how wonderful amazing and accommodating the owner mel is herself! I was their for a females trip and had nothing but good laughs and times with a good spot to relax while doing it. I'm all the way from Massachusetts as well so traveling this far and loving it is absolutely a plus all around. Thank you again Mel for all your amazing entertainment and great vibes! Cabins were fairly large can house any where from 2-4 comfortably unless your in the bigger ones. Then more could be added as well. I have nothing but amazingly great things to say about this place. Spent a fabulous week here! Mel was always around the campground and easy to get in touch with! They have added so much! Kids absolutely loved all the water inflatible and the big slide and paddle boards! My favorite was the little camp store on site sells bait (and just about everything else you might forget or run out of!) because my kiddos spent half the week fishing off the docks, so no more runs to the gas station for bait! Can even rent a boat now - which we did and caught a bunch of bass. Cabin was clean and the whole atmosphere was just amazing! Update 2024: another great year! Communication has been HORRIBLE trying to plan a trip here. They don’t respond to emails, they call once with promises of calling again, they are not upfront about pricing or availability. I’ve been trying to book with them for weeks to stay for a long weekend and they’ve just texted me with no information of who is reaching out or what the situation is to tell me that we can’t book because they only want to take longer reservations of at least a one week stay. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous booking process just to be denied reservations. Would give 0 stars if I could and will be telling everyone I know not to book here.
