We stayed here for the month of March 2025. No T-Mobile signal for voice-phone or data in the campground. You must connect to the campground Wi-Fi, which was very good. We were able to stream (2) TVs plus computers. Good T-Mobile signal outside the campground, though. Site #10 was long enough for my 38' 5th wheel, tow truck, and car park to park, but very narrow. Only wide enough for the RV with the stairs down. But Site #10 was the only narrow site. There’s a nice landscape between sites as well. Sites 1 through 5 are back-in and are down near the entrance. They have more space around them, but not as good of views of the mountains across the street, to the south. The pull-thru sites (6 through 12) are very close together but have plenty of space in the campsite to enjoy the fire pit (except for site #10). All sites have crushed stones and are fairly level with a firepit (except Site #10, which is too narrow). 50Amp power was good, no issues. The water pressure was great, and the sewer was fine, too. The campground is on a well, so if you lose power, you lose water. It's a little strange not having an office. But when I did have a question, I left a VM (or you can text to that same number), and I received a response quickly. The campground manager is on-site but seems to only handle reservations, respond to issues and requests, and no maintenance person on-site. The Camp Lodge has free coffee (Keurig), TV, and some games to play. There are a couple of comfortable chairs too. But it’s a little creepy in there with all the stuffed animals hanging on the walls. There are security cameras throughout the campground, even in the Lodge. They have firewood for sale at the lodge, too. It’s a very quiet area with great hiking and fly fishing just down the road at Pisgah National Forest or DuPont State Recreational Forest. Brevard is a quaint little town just 20 minutes away. Hendersonville and Asheville are nearby, too. Lots of restaurants and shopping all nearby. I’d stay again.

We got lucky enough to book this last minute. We reserved Sunday - Saturday. We were pleasantly surprised by how cute the place looks. I had my hair dresser who recently moved from Florida to Brevard do a drive by to check on cell coverage since we work full time from home. So I knew that Verizon coverage was good before coming. WiFi is also really good especially Monday-Thursday when there’s a few less people there. The little office is a nice amenity and it’s decorated really cute like a hunting lodge. The community fire pit area is also really cute. Each site had its own fire pit and picnic table along with full hookups. There is a dumpster. It is near Pisgah forest and not to far from the blue ridge parkway. It rained almost our entire stay, but I still didn’t want to leave. The camp host was very nice. I never met the owner, but he was very responsive when I talked to him via text/email. We loved the online booking and check in process. We stayed in site 2 there was a little road noise, but nothing bad. I loved our site. I already told my husband we have to come back.

Land of the Waterfalls meets the needs of campers who want full hook up and location near the mountains. There are not any amenitites like wifi or bathrooms but the location makes up for some of the short fallings as there are not many camping areas for big rigs this close to Brevard. They have replaced the 2 residential garbage cans with a small dumpster, THANK YOU! We have stayed here on multiple trips since it has opened. It works for us and our 40ft coach. The on-line booking is a plus and the owner is quick to respond if there are questions. NOTE: Bring extra sewer hose if you are at site 3. It has electric & water on one side of the site & sewer on the opposite corner. **SITE 3 IS FIXED!** Overall we have been very happy with this park. Next thing to add: WiFi

I had a wonderful time at Land of Waterfalls RV park! It was close to Pisgah Forest, DuPont Forest, 30 minutes from Asheville, and about 40 minutes from South Carolina. My site was site 4, and it was a HUGGGGE back in. Very quiet at night, but it is close to a busy street, so during the day there is some road noise, but I was rarely there during the day. My only issue I had is when i arrived to check-in at 3p, there was someone still in my site. I paid extra for site lock, so I wanted my reserved spot. I called the camp host as there is no office to check in at (all online), and she was able to call the folks that were there. Thank God they were home and were able to pack up and leave (they had their days mixed up). But this was pretty inconvenient for me as I’m a pretty punctual person and I had to wait for them to vacate my site, which took about 45 min. I think going forward, if there is to be a camp host, it would be prudent to check the sites that have people who are supposed to be leaving and people arriving to make sure they are ready to go… I mean, isn’t that the purpose of a camp host? Especially if someone paid to lock the site… but other than that, I had a great time and would...

When I arrived I was moved to a different site than what was on my confirmation. When I reserved over the phone with who I thought was the owner I clearly told him that I wanted Wednesday night through Saturday night reserved. Well while we were fishing we were contacted and we were told our sites were booked for someone else for Saturday night. We were not very happy. We were told we could move to a different site. We were not interested in breaking down camp and setting up camp again for one night. Then while breaking down camp we were told the person who had my site reserved had cancelled. Unfortunately my fishing buddy was still with out a site for Saturday night. After all the confusion we decided to just cut our fishing trip short and go home, even though the fishing was great. Oh what a disaster to a wonderful trip.

I regards to the owners comments it is clear he is confused. We did not refuse to pay for the extra night. Further more you had already interrupted a half day of fishing on the Davidson which we paid for and did not receive a refund. We decided not stay to break down campsites and set up on another site just to break down camp the next...
