My mother called ahead of time to book a handicap accessible room with two beds. She was told the building was only one story. When we arrived we noticed it was two stories tall. She was told that the handicap room only had one bed but she could upgrade to a two bedroom option. We drove for ten hours to get there. So, my mom paid for the upgrade. Then had to rescan her card for a security deposit in case they later found damages. Upon getting the card key to the door we found the door was broken and difficult to open. Once inside the room we noticed there were two hand towels and two body towels. I went to the front desk to request more towels since there were three people staying in that room and the receptionist snapped at me saying I could only have one more towel. As I was leaving the office, another guy asked for a towel and the receptionist replied he would have to wait until someone could bring the towels to his room. There was no one else waiting, so I don't understand her unwillingness to go back to the backroom and get the man some towels. We were told that this new room had handicap railing in the bath. It did not. The soap area has a small decorative pipe approximately an inch long, but not a railing for an elderly person to use to sit or stand. The basin required my sister to assist my mother with entering and exiting the tub each time, instead of the handicap access we were told at the desk when switching rooms. We noticed the toilet seat was busted and the next day asked the front desk if they could fix the door to our room. They said the handyman had the day off, but we could move to a room on the second floor. We turned down the room and dealt with the door for the rest of the stay. They advertise a "Continental Breakfast". But in actuality, it was breakfast cereal and packaged crackers on a counter. No milk or coffee was available when we visited. The building is showing signs of rusting. There is a camera in the pool area, though the gate is locked during the morning. There are no hours posted that I could see at the pool. Just a large "CLOSED" sign. There is an exercise room, but you need a separate key to unlock it. I never saw anyone going in. They have coin operated washing and drying machines. But only one of each machine for the whole hotel. Also an ice machine and Coke machine. The beds were uncomfortable. No one came for our linens or to change the sheets during the three days and two nights we stayed there. We had leave our wet towels on the sink counter. The ground floor is warped, as though the place was flooded and nobody changed the floor. Really, if you can sleep in your car, it would be a better choice than staying here. A rest stop would be a better choice. A gas station with a shower is a better choice. This place was horrible. I don't often give bad reviews unless they are warranted. And this place earned it.

A Dump! It's cheap and you get what you pay for -- maybe. It's old and run down. For starters the staff was not at all pleasant, like they were doing you a favor by letting you stay there. Again the room was run down. The was a blank space on the bathroom wall where something had been torn off. The bathroom door was shredded on the bottom from age. The calking around the tub was dirty and coming loose. The knob was missing from the shower and the shower/tub bypass was stuck in the shower positing and everything leaked like crazy. The lid on the coffee maker was broken off, and the coffee maker didn't work anyway. The small light in the outlet near the sink (night light) didn't work and I had to keep reset the circuit breaker to get the mirror to work. Breakfast was minimum hosed in a little closet off the lobby. And frankly, the staff spoke with such a thick accent it was hard to understand them. Better than sleeping out on the ground, but not by a whole lot.

As I was leaving the door handle fell of in my hand. It would seem to me that might pose a problem in an emergency. I was now trapped in the room. Luckily my wife was able to open it from the front. The manager (she refused to give her name) did not seem overly concerned. She did offer to give me some sort of credit. (she never quoted an amount) and when I asked for what I assumed was to much, she then told me she could put the cost to repair on my credit card. I left without satisfaction. When I got back to the car the maintainable guy was there (said a screw was missing) and mocked me for being trapped. "Couldn't you figure out how to put it back on?" Not my job, I do not know home repair.

Stayed here with family while in town for a graduation party. We had 3 rooms... All smelled funny, had not been cleaned thoroughly, some of the towels may not have been clean, office staff was less than friendly and helpful, air conditioners didn't work properly, and there were some weird people lurking around and in the parking lot and pool area. We found garbage stuffed between the mattress and headboard and hair on the pillow of one of the beds - if sheets had been changed that would not have been there. When we reported to the front desk he came to the room, looked around, asked us how long we had been checked in and if we were sure that the bed had not been used but us, and said he had to speak to his manager and that the manager would speak to us about it, in the morning. He left and never even offered fresh sheets and pillowcases. He called the room about 5 mins later but did not speak when the phone was answered. He then called the cellphone of the person who paid for the room and told them that he was going to have to charge additional for the room for the additional people who were in the room and argued when we told him that we had 3 rooms and all were not staying in this room. He again said that he would speak to the manager and hung up. During the night, in the same room an earring shaped like a tack was stepped on while walking in the room... Did not belong to anyone in our group so that means the room was not vacuumed also, if it had been the earring would have not been there. Noone slept under the sheets that night - pulled off the bedspread and slept on top of the sheets in clothes or wrapped in own blanketed had in the car. No word from the manager, noone at the desk at checkout knew anything, and there was no offering to discount the room for troubles. Not much for breakfast looked edible, we ended up going out for breakfast. I don't recommend this motel to anyone and personally won't stay...

This hotel is pathetic. It looks like at one time it was pretty nice, but the whole place seems to be falling apart. The first room I stayed in was filthy, dirt and "hair" all around the corners of the room. The bathroom had a large piece of recently replaced drywall as the ceiling, no paint or anything. The wallpaper was stained, torn, and falling off the wall in some spots. The shower curtain had holes in it; and the shower didn't drain well. The bed had non-fitted sheets over the mattress. The second room I got was a bit better, still pretty dirty, but the shower drained, so I figured I would stick it out for the next 3 weeks.

Since I checked in I changed my credit card on file and have had about a half dozen different charges on each one. I've stayed here for 3 weeks and when I check out the charges better be right or I will see the owner in small claims court. I am working in the area for the next 6 months and will be staying in a hotel for the majority of that time. Its a shame they're going to loose that much easy business. The owner is often wandering around the hotel, peering into people's windows. I work in my hotel room and so I am in the room much of the day some days. One day he came to my window multiple times, cupped his hands over his eyes and looked into my room. I stepped outside and politely asked him to stop doing that. He would not even turn around to look at me and tried to ignore me, unbelievable.

The breakfast often only contains waffles and danishes, no fruit; GREAT START! Owner's wife was polite and at least tried to be accommodating, but when I complained about my first room she told me: "if you stay in a hotel for more than one night, you should check your room first." You should check your own stupid rooms to make sure they are inhabitable before...
