Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

Ordered delivery and food arrived lukewarm at best by DoorDash driver. Called their store directly and was told by the young man who picked up that I had reached a call center and they would transfer me to the store to speak with the manager. Sat on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and called again to speak with the manager to ask why they would use DoorDash if there are no hot bags and see what they could do about the order arriving lukewarm. (This isn't the first time I've had the issue of food arriving not hot, but last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt).

Instead the "manager" proceeded to giggle and laugh while explaining that they don't have bags at this store. When I questioned that she was saying they didn't have bags for even their own driver she just laughed more and said no. Expressing complete shock at this led to her then giggling as she told me that they might have bags for their drivers but not for DoorDash.

Asking her why they even advertise delivery then if they don't have a driver on staff and can't rely on DoorDash to keep the order warm prompted her to tell me that "I don't know". Attempting to reason with her at all was pointless as she could only answer with "I don't know" or "Well we don't have hot bags for DoorDash orders". Explaining that it was poor service then since a customer has no way of knowing if their order would be delivered by DoorDash or an actual PizzaHut driver only garnered more giggling "apologies".

"Manager" didn't even try to ask what could be done to make things right, let alone offer even the faintest trace of sincerity in any of the "apologies" provided.

Absolutely pathetic service on a $50 order for me and some friends. I don't understand how they can even charge a "delivery fee" when their driver isn't the one delivering it.

1/31/25 - Was emailed shortly after posting this review and told that someone would be contacting me by phone or email within 3 days. No surprise....that...

The absolute worst pizza place we have ever been. Over the course of three years we have tried this location three separate times and each time epic fails! Let’s talk about the most recent this evening 7/6/2023. My wife and I walked in to place an order to go as the buffet is not open on Thursday no biggie. We ordered 1 large supreme pizza and also chicken Alfredo pasta was told 15-20 minutes. We pulled up to drive thru 20 minutes later to be told that they are out of pasta and what would we like to substitute. Wife ordered a medium veggie pizza with white sauce because she is allergic to red sauce again told it would be ready 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile first pizza is done and is now sitting in the warmer waiting. We get our food drive home less than 5 minutes go to sit down and the large supreme pizza is extremely tough and chewy and best of all my wife’s pizza does not have white sauce it has red sauce. By far the worst Pizza Hut we have ever been to multiple times and not a single good experience from the food. On the only good note! The waitress Sarah who helped us and took our order and also did what she could to fix it was absolutely outstanding and extremely nice 5 stars to her for sure. Will not...

We came to this location and went in to dine in. We went inside and there was no one around! We actually thought it was closed until I looked at the hours and seen they were open. We stood there for at least 10 minutes and had no one greet us my fiance ended up calling the store while we stood in the restaurant to see if they would answer and no one picked up the phone. My fiance ended up saying "Hello" towards the back and we got no response and seen no one back there. And finally after like 8 min we seen someone back there and so at this point we just wanted to talk to someone to see if we read hours wrong or something. When we were finally acknowledged the lady came out busting through doors my fiance asked "are you opened?" And she replies "oh yea you guys wanted to eat in " we replied yeah and as she walking away says "we'll go ahead and sit down we only got 2 people but we will be with u shortly" there was no one around needless to say we are now at the Ravenna location and wow what a different vibe everyone here...
