Beavers Bend Log Cabins — Hotel in Broken Bow

This was such a lovely vacation spot, especially if you want to just get away from everything. The cabin itself was wonderfully spacious, with all great amenities (hot tub, great bathtub for a private bath, reading area, wifi, large kitchen with great appliances, etc.) and the location between Hochatown, Beaver's Bend, and the park was perfect. Even with almost two days of light rain, we were able to get out and drive around the park and even hiked a bit.

The area restaurants were so cute and charming (highly recommend the Grateful Head Pizza and Okie Girls coffee shop - both amazing), as was most of the little shopping spots as well.

The directions to and the expectations at the cabin were very clearly communicated and completely reasonable. We have done a couple of cabin rentals and this is bar far the best.

The only thing is that once you turn off of 259A, the road to the actual cabin is unpaved with some pretty steep hills. Our car was able to get up them, even in the rain, but it was touch and go a few times so keep that in mind when booking.

We will definitely be back to the area and probably will try out another cabin just for...

White Tail Waters was a wonderful private cabin. When we arrived it was super easy to get the key out of the lock box and unload the car. The kitchen has everything you would need and loads of cabinet and counter space. Having DirecTV was so helpful in watching March Madness. Instructions are posted everywhere so you will know exactly what to do and where things are which was really helpful. We went to the state parks in the morning to hike and found ourselves preferring to come back to the cabin to fix ourselves lunch and even wound up staying at the cabin for dinner. We sat on the wrap around porch and read. Later, we would fish in the late afternoon in the pond across the street and were able to catch a couple of brim that we threw back in. (Bring your own fishing gear!) After that we would build a fire in the fire pit and stay there until dark. Finally we would relax in the hot tub after dark. Laundry room has full size washer/dryer if you need them.We were there for 3 days and it was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in our 43 years...

Gorgeous area and fantastic folks to work with for vacation rentals. Everything was smooth as glass aside from one unavoidable water issue. As soon as I called them these folks were all over it and had droves of people working to fix it within the hour. Within a couple of hours not only did they have it fixed, but had already offered us an upgrade to a nicer (much nicer, thank you!) place to make sure we were maximizing our vacation time. We got super quick answers for any questions we had, quick resolution for the single issue we did run into, the setup for check-in /check-out was absolutely perfect and hassle free, both cabins were super clean with all promised amenities, views and even the cabins themselves far exceeded our expectations, and the surrounding parks, local shops, and local restaurants were all extremely welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be planning a longer trip next time (and soon!) and can't say thanks enough for a great experience and all the hospitality that...
