I’ve absolutely loved my stay at Spring Branch RV Park in Spring Branch, Texas! This family-owned and operated park embodies helpfulness and hospitality. The owners and staff are incredibly close-knit, and they genuinely care about their guests. We had some deep freezes during my stay, and everyone stepped up to ensure that all residents had propane and stayed informed through constant communication.
The amenities here are absolutely top-notch. The family recreation center and laundry facility are always impeccably cleaned and maintained. Plus, they offer coffee, Gatorade, and even Mexican Coke—if you know, you know! To give you an idea of the kind of environment they foster, they even have an IOU system, where you can simply write down what you purchased along with your site number, and they’ll bill you later. It’s a testament to the level of trust and community they’ve built here.
If you like golf, they’ve got you covered! They have a dedicated area where you can practice hitting balls, complete with a net to hit your drivers into. Even better, they leave irons and spare balls for you in case you don’t have your own clubs with you. There’s also a little setup for disc golf, which is a fun bonus.
Their dog park is actually pretty spacious, and they even have a dog wash station for keeping your pup clean after a long day of adventure. On top of that, there’s a separate wash area for your car, truck, or motorcycle if you want to keep your ride looking fresh. They even have a dedicated area for playing cornhole—seriously, they’ve thought of everything!
The location is also unbeatable—just 30 minutes to the San Antonio Riverwalk and a little over an hour to downtown Austin. Being in the Texas Hill Country, the scenery is breathtaking, and it’s a dream for motorcycle riding. There are tons of incredible parks nearby, and since you’re outside the city, they’re never too crowded and easy to explore.
For food lovers, there’s a fantastic Mexican restaurant right up the road called Sandra’s. Everything on their menu is incredible, and I’ve heard their margaritas are top-notch!

Read moreSpring Branch RV Park is a park that deserves more than five stars. Situated off US-281 in Spring Branch, Texas, the park is nicely laid out with plenty of room between sites and interior roads that are great for daily walks. Some sites are located closer to the highway, but our experience toward the back of the park offered very minimal road noise. The park offers pull-thru and back in sites; full hookup; 30/50 amp; choice of sites with trees and without trees; a cement patio at each site; two very clean bath/shower buildings (and ADA compliant;) a laundry facility with three washers and 3 dryers and a change machine ($2.00 for each machine - washers run for approximately 35 minutes and dryers run for about 55 minutes;) a nice lounge inside the laundry area with a large tv, games, books, beverages, and extra bathroom with shower; on-site propane; a mail and delivery area for guests; a very large dog park; doggy bag dispensers; two trash dumpster with recycling (and we were so excited to see a park with recycling in Texas;) a basketball hoop; a golf chipping area; and a play area for kids with adorable, handcrafted playhouses and structures. Not enough can be said about the amazing park owners. They are almost always on the premises and if not, they are a phone call or text away. They immaculately maintain the grounds and do everything they can to make a stay at Spring Branch RV Park comfortable and memorable. And it shows, as they guests in the park are friendly and pleasant, too. Spring Branch RV Park is a park we would definitely...
Read moreWe were looking for a place convenient to our daughters house for the birth of our first grandchild. We found several choices in the area but after reading the many positive reviews online we decided to give Spring Branch RV a try. We stayed for a week and we were not disappointed, the staff, owners and residents were extremely welcoming and friendly. There is obvious pride in keeping the grounds and common areas looking nice. While we were there, small enhancements to landscaping (which was already quite nice) were being made. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The entertainment room off the laundry area was a great place to relax while doing laundry or just coming in the morning for a cup of coffee and sitting on the porch in and looking out at the Wonky play house area nestled in between the large oak tress (also there is a nice book exchange). Our dog enjoyed the dog park, and made a bee line to it every morning even though that is not normally his thing! The sites were level and easy for big rigs to maneuver. Though I was initially skeptical about the proximity to Highway 281, it did not turn out to be a problem. We generally stay in State or National parks and have stayed only few commercial parks, but this was far and away the best of those we have stayed in. Internet quality was the best I have ever had at any RV park. We will...
