Olympic View Cottage — Hotel in Burien

My husband and I were going to be in the Seattle area for an upcoming Alaskan Cruise, so we came a few days early to explore the area, a little, before we set sail. The private cottage was right in the middle of everything. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood just minutes from SeaTac, very clean( and I'm a clean freak!) and that view!!! Wow! We had a very ambitious schedule, as we were trying to cram in as much as we could in three days( National Parks, Downtown Seattle area etc.) but this place was so wonderful that we almost hated to leave each morning. Our goal was to always be back for the sunsets off the back deck, though . We loved the location, the privacy, the cottage, the comfy bed and linens... everything. Very gracious hosts give all the privacy you want, but are there if you need anything. We loved the fact that it is a separate house and that we were the only guests on the property. |If you are planning a trip anywhere near this area, we highly recommend Olympic View Bed and Breakfast! Dear Dave & Eileen,| Thank you for being such great hosts. This was the perfect gem to stay, for my wife and I's 11th anniversary. The views are beautiful, the cottage is very clean and comes with all you would need just like if you were home. It's the perfect place to stay to enjoy the city life, then to be able to come back and hear just the ocean and nothing else while cooking lunch or dinner is amazing . The hot tub was perfect for relaxing. We did not have a rental car and found out there is a great bus/light rail system. Bus ride to city is 2.50 and rail system is about 2.00, so cheap to get around. Thank you Dave and Eileen for taking us grocery shopping and showing us the town of Burien . Also pointing out the hot spots for good lunch/dinner was very much appreciated. We were given privacy at all times. It exceeded our expectations. We will book our next stay for next years anniversary and maybe another trip back here in between. We absolutely loved everything about it here and we thank you once again for making us feel at home.|Jonathan & Ashley...
