Why 2 stars? The bathroom is absolutely atrocious for no conceivable reason. You're lucky if you get toilet paper, forget about hand soap. Every surface is filthy. This isn't back country camping, it's $35-50 campsites. Totally uncool. I'd honestly consider a cheap motel room. The campsites are a good size with picnic table and firepit. They are sort of close to one another so it may get loud on weekends. I would not classify it as easy bike in/out for Kingdom Trails unless you're up for a long ride at the end of the day. The woman at the hotel desk named Siobhan was really nice and helpful. You also get access to some hotel amenities such as shower/pool/hot tub.

Its a campgroud everyone that has complained should stay at a KOA...I come here every year for the last 4..you have some nights that people are up late but its camping and mountain biking what do you expect. ps the bathrooms look amazing right now.. maybe because of little use or they updated them.

Will not ever stay here again. Better options to be found around the area. The bad 1 : I booked a site in April for July, no problem. Then I called in june to move from a camping site to a lean to because of how wet the year has been. When they moved the resv. from a camping site to lean to they messed up the dates and shorted us a day in a fully booked campground. Then they sold our last night to another group. Needless to say we had to find another site and move 15 mins away to another campground. 2 : Even by campground standards the bathrooms are not great. There is one shower per gender for a campground with 26 sites and allows 6 people per site. Doesn't work out well for anyone. 156 people showering in two showers?? There are two toilets per gender. 3 : Just looking around there is little to no maintenance or care to do anything about it by the employee's. 4 : They need some critter maintenance. We left no food out, no trash out, washed dishes before bedtime every night ect. everything you should do. that did not keep the racoons, skunks and fox from rummaging around multiple times in the night. They are so brazen that the coon was in the lean to with 5 guys sleeping in there. Camped alot and have never seen so many critters in such little time. Others said that they had been visited by a black bear. This is being said from some who knows how to backpack and car camp.

The good - They did help find us another...

We go here multiple times a year with our little 13’ vintage camper to mountain bike and love love love it! We always stay in the same spot and consider it our “vacation home” haha. 10/10 would recommend! We really love that you can easily bike over to the lodge, use of the pool and hot tub is included! And a drive or hike to the top of burke is for SURE worth it!! We have never had a bad experience here with people being loud, everyone seems to be in bed by 9pm in my experience. I also read some reviews that say the bathroom is dirty: every time I have ever been there it has been sparkling clean and fully stocked. The bathroom is on par with a state park bathroom in that it’s not overly luxurious but it works and it’s clean so that’s good enough for me. There is even a sink at the back to do your dishes...
