I was very disappointed with this particular location. Right by the airport and no shuttle and when I called to ask, he said no shuttle and hung up. When I did arrive and walked up to the counter, the check-in was much less than stellar. After standing there for approximately 30 seconds, the employee said "I'll be with you in a minute ". Yea well a hi how are you 30 seconds earlier would have changed my outlook. After booking a king room and going through the check in process I open the door and low and behold I was give a 2 queen standard 🤦‍♀️. Did I go back to the front desk, no. It was midnight and I had worked then traveled all day and just wanted to sleep. The room was clean, decor was fresh so overall pleased with those factors. However, when I returned to the front desk in the morning to drop off my keys, three employees were standing there having a conversation about another guest. The one employee asked the other employee what happened with the lady having issues and the reply was "oh her, "Mrs. Your Not Getting Your Money Back"? Yea she's not getting her money back ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. In summary, the only reason I am giving this location 3 stars is because it was clean.

When we first got to the hotel, they said all rooms were full. We showed them our itinerary from Priceline, and she said they can never guarantee third-party rooms. She reached out to her supervisor and did end up getting us a room, but it took quite a while to get to that point. The lady at the front desk was super nice and did try to be accommodating. When we finally got to the room and my first impression was that it was spacious, but then felt like it was outdated (see pics). The room was clean and spacious, just older. The bedding only had sheets on it, which we did not realize until right before we were going to bed ...so we had to go downstairs and get comforters and sheets for the pull out couch and comforters for the 2 queen beds. However, we loved the spaciousness of the rooms! And breakfast was really good (waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal, and plenty of pastries.

My family and I didn’t have a good experience at this hotel. Our first room was dirty upon entering. We had dirty comforters. They moved us to another room, and the room was a little better. It was still dirty as well. Not to mention, our neighbors were extremely loud. I called and spoke with a lady name Crystal. She stated the most she can compensate for our terrible experience was $16. I really thought that was too little. My family and I will not stay here again.

Where to begin…. First we needed a lower floor room which was requested on the confirmation form. Rude Lady at front desk informed us no queen beds on entire first much less a bath tub in any room in the hotel. Showed us a room which was supposed to be king size bed (way to small to be a king size) and a shower. Once again told us no room in the entire hotel had a bathtub. After discussing it with family, decided to take send floor which had two queen beds. Was told right out of elevator for easy access for impaired family member. Room was halfway down the hall, not off elevator. Then lo and behold the room did have a bathtub, after being told twice no room in the hotel had tubs. Bathtub was way to slick on the bottom snd had to use a mat on the notion of the tub in order to get out, and for others in family yo stand in to shower. There were no safety bars or access to get in and out safely. Then to top it off, left the hotel at noon to attend baseball game snd dinner with friends. Upon returning at midnight, room was not cleaned, trash not emptied and no towels left in our room. Also, at check in was told credit card would not run until leaving on Sunday. Well, low and behold the credit card was run, plus sn additional $100 charge, which no one notified us about. Now coming to checkout after two nights, was informed rooms are not cleaned unless you personally come down to her and ask for it to be done. Oh my goodness. When asked about the charges being run early, her only response was oh well. When asked about the additional $100 charge, was told incidentals in case you break something or cause damage. How many 65 year I’ll are going to cause any damage? Needless, to say, will not ever stay in the rude lady’s hotel ever again. This place was recommended by Choice Hotels and reservation person told us this place was going to be really good. Wrong. Also, breakfast was atrocious with expired milk, burned gravy and biscuits as hard as rocks. Even the juice tasted bad. Did find one banana nut muffin and some cream cheese to spread over it. Could not find anything else edible - - so frustrating, so did not even try breakfast on Sunday morning, so just left and headed to a restaurant. Would never recommend this...

When we got there the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude. We walked up to the desk and he said are you checking in, I replied yes and in the moment the phone started ringing at the hotel. He said “you’ve got to be kidding me”, picked the phone up and ended up having an entire conversation with the person on the phone while we stood there. Meanwhile who I assumed to be the manager walked up to check us in. Super nice man! We got checked in and went up to our room. Upon exiting the elevator, there was an opened bottle of spray cleaner without the lid and contents inside of it as well as pieces of a black plastic bag on the floor. The bottle and bag pieces remained until sometime after 11pm the same night. During the afternoon of check in we went to the pool, it was very clean! Afterwards we went back to the room and our key wouldn’t work. We went down to the front desk and let the gentleman know it wasn’t working and he took it from us, we keyd it slapped it down on the counter said “you need to keep them away from your phone” and then went back to work. Very rude encounter considering we didn’t have they key near a phone at all. In our room, the AC unit was SO loud. Not a huge issue but it was a little annoying. It was also missing the panel on the bottom and there were tons of exposed wires? Thankfully we didn’t bring our babies or this would have posed a problem. Lastly, we had left a bathing suit hanging over the shower rod in the bathroom. I called as soon as I realized it was missing, about to 1.5 hours after the 12pm checkout time and asked if they had one turned in. The lady who answered said they hadn’t but would call back if it was found. I gave it 4 hours before I called back knowing the rooms need to be cleaned. She answered again and said no nothing had been left no one found anything. I know this is untrue, I know it was there. I realize it was my fault for not double checking, but why couldn’t this have been handed to the front desk to me shipped back at my expense or left for me to pick up in the next few days? She was very busy when she took my call and seemed very unwilling to help me from the get go. Overall, I’m very displeased with my say here mainly due to the attitude of the...

The things the nice lady told me when making my reservation was totally different than what we experienced. The reservation person was so nice snd helpful, but the rude lady at the front desk was unbelievable. Also, obviously the desk lady did not know about the hotel she was representing (bathtub), (room location), amenities and employee care. First, was supposed to get bottom floor room as promised when reservations made. Was told no queen beds on first floor. Went to see King beds suite, but obviously not a king bed. There was a shower in the room and we were advised no bathtubs in this entire hotel, so we stayed on the second floor, with two queen beds and lo and behold, a bathtub! ! The tub itself was slick was glass and we had to put in a mat in order to bathe or shower. No safety handles anywhere, so scary adventure. We went out the next day to attend baseball game and have dinner with friends. Upon return at midnight, room was not cleaned, trash not emptied, beds not made and no clean towels. Needless to say disappointed and tired. Upon checkout, we asked why the charges were run on Friday when we were told it would be done on Sunday. Rude lady’s response was, oh well. (You have to be kidding me). When asked about the additional $100 charge, she informed me it was for damages- what 65 year olds are going to damage anything?? So rude. When asked about the room being not cleaned, she informed us that we have to come to her personally to ask her to have it cleaned - what?? Breakfast was almost unbearable as gravy was burnt (scorched); biscuit was hard as a rock and only two Left in pan; milk was outdated, so no cereal so finally found a banana nut muffin and cream cheese to eat. Orange juice was warm and apple juice just too sweet to drink. Also, finally found some hot water and a tea bag, so did get to drink...
