I would love to tell you what the rooms in the facility looks like, but I was never able to get in. The lockbox which had the keys to the property seem to have the codes changed so no matter what I did I was not able to get in like another patient before me. There was absolutely no one at the location and none of the surrounding neighbors bothered to even come out and try and help which makes me super nervous and dubious of the safety of anyone that goes to this property. It’s pretty remote, not close to anything that you actually would want to see, including the beaches. The owner did not get back to me for over an hour after I contacted Expedia neither were able to help me so we just canceled and found a much better place to say in another location, so the buyer beware that Casamares Resort may not be accessible at the time that you actually...

Súper disappointed, I was going to stay here for the holidays and when I arrived none of the codes sent to me didn’t work. When I contacted the owner he didn’t answer and I called multiple times. I contacted Expedia for help and they had no luck either. While I was waiting I noticed that both rooms were occupied which left no room for me and when I explained this to Expedia they sent a email and they denied my refund. Even with the voice mail I left I never got a call back from the owner to help and I waited for 2 hours at the location before I decided to leave. Highly recommend. This place has everything you need. Pool table, domino table, swimming pool, basketball hoop. We had a great time here.
