We first discovered Pleasant Bay Village about 20 years ago and we've been coming back ever since. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they modernize without taking away the charm that makes PBV what it is, a great place to get away. This time it was just my wife and I for a long weekend, our first trip since the lockdowns. When we're with our kids we would take a 2-bedroom, which is half a cottage, with a kitchen. We didn't need that this time so we took an Extra Deluxe room. The room was very clean ( as always) and we had the choice of regular housekeeping or just a change of towels and emptied trash. They're not yet serving breakfast in the dining room, but you can get it to go or delivered to your room. We love the location, central to P-Town and the rest of the Cape, but far enough away to feel less hurried. We're already planning our return for September, after the crowds have gone.

We’ve been coming here for over 20 years now. So when it came time to celebrate our 40th anniversary with family, who is scattered around the country, there was only one place we could do that. We had four generations from six years old to 83 years old, and our stay couldn’t have been better. Johnny always makes it a...

My fiancé and I just stayed here for two nights right after the Memorial Day rush. Our room was upgraded due to the quieter circumstances and it was perfect! Our room was very modern and tasteful. I was impressed by the water pressure in the shower. Now I want my bathroom at home to be like theirs! The air conditioning was great for the humid day that we were there. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the pool and hot tub are kind of hidden away behind the trees so it feels like you're in a little oasis. The location is great and works well if you're visiting other parts of the Cape for the day. They ability to text the staff if you need anything is nice, and they even send you a link to their website that serves as an area guide with restaurants, beaches, and things to do nearby. We referenced it several times during our stay and went to some of the restaurants. They were fantastic! The staff members were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They really make your whole stay feel personal and not like you are just another guest. One of the staff even brought my fiancé and I some champagne to celebrate our engagement. I 100% recommend Pleasant Bay Village, and I will absolutely be staying here again...

I cannot say enough great things about Pleasant Bay Village! We loved everything about the resort! From the moment we arrived, we knew that we would enjoy our stay. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, our room and bathroom were clean, updated and comfortable. My husband enjoyed swimming in the heated pool, and the area around the pool was so inviting and private. Most of all, we enjoyed walking around the lovely grounds enjoying the gorgeous and well-cared for gardens. We stayed for four nights, and every time we walked around during our stay, we discovered something new and beautiful. The koi pond, fountains and falls, magnificently manicured trees, and flowers make Pleasant Bay Village a paradise. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes from the center of Chatham, Orleans, and other areas of the cape are a short drive. There are different accommodations including cottages for longer stays or families too. The wifi was excellent and worked in and outside our room and at the pool. We highly recommend Pleasant Bay Village and if we return to the cape, making a reservation to stay there will be the first...

This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've had across the US! The gardens and property are so beautiful and very well maintained, the koi pond is cute and there are so many little areas (and sculptures/fountains/art) all around to discover. The room was nice, and the AC was strong which is great after a day out in the heat. The shower was really nice, not sure what magic it was but it was so relaxing. Plenty of entertainment like a pool, ping pong table, hot tub, playground for kids. Lots of birds, bunnies and chipmunks to see. Above everything else, the owners and staff were so kind and helpful, in addition to giving us tips on the local attractions and restaurants they went above and beyond to help us at dinner when we realized all nearby restaurants stopped seating after 8.30pm. They also have a beautiful dog we were lucky to meet! Only had a short stay this time but will definitely return for a longer one in the future. The location is good, right by a small beach and not too far from downtown/other areas in the Cape. Overall, a very relaxing stay and the perfect first time in the Cape. 10/10
