@Baymont do better with who you have running your locations. Completely disgusted with how I was treated and how your “manager” handled this situation. You don’t clean your rooms before re-renting them out? You don’t wash the bedding? You don’t wipe down the toilet seats? How disgusting is that?!?! You treat the women worse then the men?!?! Terry (his american name) needs to be retrained or stepped down from being a manager! Offering a discount (a laughable discount) when a male was with me and then when the male walked away he changed his mind is pretty sexist in my opinion. The room had blood all over it!!!! How is that ok?!?! Why blame someone for “not noticing it sooner” like you expect me to rip all the sheets and stuff off to inspect the room? No i expect a clean room!!! The way this whole situation was handled was ridiculous! Do better! DO NOT EVER GO TO THE BAYMONT LOCATION IN COUER D ALENE IDAHO I’m absolutely disgusted. Checking all the Google reviews I’m not the first to complain about how dirty and gross these rooms were. Trust me if I could have gotten a new room I would have.
