Foxtrot Inn — Hotel in Coldwater

This is basically a "no frills" motel however the bed in my room was EXTREMELY comfortable. Seriously! It may have been the most comfortable bed in any motel I have ever stayed at. I did like that a tray for wet shoes/boots was in the room as well. To some this could seem negligible. However, I have traveled with children many times and had to deal with wet shoes too many times! I didn't see any personnel until the morning I was checking out. Oh, another plus was the "contactless" check in. I hadn't stayed anywhere that had used this method of check in but it was quite convenient. I was texted the required information after my reservation and payment information had been received--it made accessing my room extremely simple. This is a small property and doesn't have a pool. There's ample parking as well. If you like ice you should probably bring your own or buy it from the motel or one of a few places in town. But, they are gracious enough to have extra pillows and a couple warm blankets in the room--should they be desired or required. What a lovely little inn! You check in and pay online, then receive a text and email with your room number and a keypad code. Just pull up to your room, enter your code, and you're all set. The rooms are very clean and extremely well-maintained. The towels are very thick, the bed comfortable, and the pillows of high quality. The shower had plenty of shelves for your toiletries and they are properly angled and slotted so they drain without your soap falling off constantly. Sturdy furniture, huge screen TV, and a generous mini-fridge complete the room. ||All of this clean, quality comfort for the price of a budget chain. Definitely more than 5 stars! I made a reservation a few days before arrival. An hour later our plans changed and I canceled the reservation immediately. I never received confirmation that it was canceled so I called on the day of the reservation. The man was very nice and confirmed the reservation was canceled but policy was no refunds.
