The owner David was great. The manager, Janna was terrible! Everyone brags about the trees but I was put under a China berry tree which almost ruined my roof on my new rv. When it rains the park floods. The manager Janna gossips and starts trouble. If you get on her bad side she harassed me until I was sick. People hang clothes outside. It looks like a ghetto rv park. I would never recommend living there. NO WAY!!! The picture of the brown rv was my neighbor. Fights and drugs are there. Sheriff is always there. Detectives were at my neighbors the day before I moved. I lived there for 2 years.

Living here for 12 months has been a remarkable Healing period for me. Losing my family in 2021 brought great loneliness and grief to me. Buying my RV and moving it to Jones Road RV Park was the best thing I could have done for myself. I'm at home and I feel safe. There are wonderful people who live here that make it even better. I'm greatful to have this opportunity in my life for now.

Cant say enough good things about this park. We have a nice and spacious lot with tons of green foliage. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for short, or long term stays.

This is honestly one of the best most affordable campsites in the area. It's small and not too crowded, all of the sites have grass and trees and their own private space. The owners are wonderful and do their best to make sure everyone is happy. We had inexpected bumps in our road down and didn't get there until after midnight, the owner helped us into our spaces and was very acomedating, even in the dark. The rates are cheap and include electric, water, sewage, trash and internet; although the internet isn't the best when everyone is there around 5 and stuff. The office was being built when we were there, but the laundry room was finished. The machines didn't look like much but they were the cleanest laundry machines I have ever seen, worked fine and we're also free to use! The location is really close to Bryan and also to College Station so easy access for both of those places but far enough out that is was quiet and not a lot of passing traffic. Defiantly the best place to stay...

I tried to make reservations a year in advance at this park. I was told that yes, the owner had a site for us but call in the spring to finalize the reservation. A good friend also was told the same thing at that time. I called back in spring and again was told, yes, I have reservations but he'll get back to me. Finally got a confirmation letter that I had a site. But, my friend did not get a site while a second person I know who had called months after she did was given a site! Then, just two months prior to our reservation date we were told, along with about ten others that our sites were canceled. I will certainly never recommend this park nor make...
