We came 1hr and 15min away and called them the same week they told us as well as the website states they would be open we were above and beyond excited for this for my friend who is gong through something personal to only show up and say they had a last minute issue where they had to get a unit and not post it on their website nor give anyone a call when my email and number were in the system this totally sucks and definitely don’t recommend due to the unprofessional staff and service...

My friend, my kids & I had a blast. Very nice people too. The only complaints I have and the reason I’d never go back is We have glass in our skin everywhere chest arms forehead even on our scalp. I feel like I rolled in insulation. Spent a little over $200 too. (Expensive) The room is too small for something like that, glass was going everywhere.
