DO NOT STAY HERE! 0 stars should be an option. Rooms look nothing like the pictures, pool was dirty, room had mold & smelled horrible. Not to mention the crackheads roaming the property. We were there 5 minutes before asking for a refund. Manager/Owner was a joke! We asked for a refund letting him know the rooms weren't in good condition. They catfish you with the pictures. Pool is literally a hole in the ground. Maybe 5 people could fit in it, but it was disgusting due to no maintenance. We did recieve our refund however as we were leaving the owner approached us about "using the room & now it was going to take the staff 10 minutes to clean". We never used the room other than sitting on the bed to find another hotel. There's no chairs or other furniture in the room to utilize so sitting on the bed was the only choice. Funny enough he asked me if I was going to leave a review & I wasn't until his behavior became ridiculous! He made such a big deal about us sitting on the bed he was actually puffing his chest at us as if he was going to actually do something! Finally after the 4th time he puffed his chest I lost my kindness. He began swearing & kicked is off the property like we weren't already leaving. He actually became very entertaining the more angry he got. He originally asked if I was going to leave a review & I assured him I wasn't. However, after his behavior I had to. It's bad enough the property is trash but I didn't expect for the owner to be just as trashy. We went to the Baymont & was quite pleased. Wyndham needs to be embarrassed & should rethink their dealings...

BED BUGS!! DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS IS THE WORST MOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT. We were on a road trip with our dog and our newborn. We stayed here out of complete necessity as it was getting late, we were so tired and this was one of the only places close to us that took dogs. I got a bad feeling when we went into the room and we should have just left. The room was dirty and very unkept. Chipping paint, comforter had a cigarette burn, musty smell, etc. We decided to stick it out because we were sleep deprived. I wish we hadn’t. I woke up at 4 am to feed our baby and when I pulled back the sheets there were bed bugs!! I was so upset. Bed bugs lay eggs on your stuff and it’s very easy for you to transfer them to your car or your own home. The staff wasn’t concerned and basically did nothing. We then went so far as to call a 24 hour exterminator to confirm that it was indeed bed bugs. Only then did they give our money back for the room. But we ended up spending so much more money on sealing up and cleaning all the stuff we had brought into the room because we didn’t want to transfer bugs to our own home. We all have multiple bites which is so upsetting when you have a new baby. We shouldn’t have stayed there, but I want them to pay for all the cleaning of our stuff. Plus we actually threw away a lot of surf too so I want that stuff paid for too. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. SO GROSS AND SO...

Service is awful staff is rude and I had to take my own bed linen and towels to get new ones no room service I messed up and paid for my room twice on the same day. On April 10,2025 I paid $100 cash for the day and came in that same night went on super.com and paid for two more nights and one was on April 10,2025 and they wouldn’t change the dates knowing that I already paid for the tenth, the hotel manager Darren Patel proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t refund me for the nights I paid for with my card and he would refund me the $100 that I spent that morning . When I met him at the office he looked and saw that the third party sale through super.com was cheaper then the $100 cash so he gave me the $63 that they sent him after telling me that he couldn’t refund the two nights because I paid with my debit card I was pissed mind you I was there for over an month paying $96 a night then over a $100 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday smh they’re supposed to have continental breakfast and they don’t just coffee juice and muffins I would never recommend anyone to stay...
