Ceraland Campground — Hotel in Columbus

Staff is not helpful. I finally got checked in. I drove to/backed into my assigned spot that I paid extra for to be next to the water. I wasn't even parked and my 21 ft rig was sliding in the new sand. Sand?! Why not gravel!? Had to have help to get out. Fortunately, I didn't park for my 4 days... I'd have NEVER gotten out! Went all the way back to the office who moved me to a pull through site. No trees, no shade, nothing... couldn't even see water! We were SURROUNDED by uncontrolled, unsupervised kids the entire time. EXACTLY where we did NOT want to be as there were mass games going on! Quiet time is not enforced... at all!!! You need an extra vehicle, bike, or golf cart to get to anything! Oh, golf cart rentals are $100/day. Prices for lot fees have almost doubled. Won't be...

We really enjoy camping at Ceraland for the convenience of attending baseball tournaments for our son. The new turf fields are a very nice upgrade during the wet spring months. The camping rates have increased significantly over the past two years. This would be more acceptable if Ceraland would continue to put this extra money back into their amenities for the campground. However, year after year, we continue to sit on old and broken picnic tables, and this past weekend camping, they had just grated the minimal gravel that remains on the pull through sites to unveil more mud. If rates are increasing, I would expect Ceraland to be able to afford some gravel on these sites! Please continue to improve your camping amenities for your campers as it would be very well...

My family and friends have been coming this place for 4 years at least twice a month during camping season. What started out as a great peaceful place to camp is slowly becoming a commercial party camp ground! I’m all for having a good time but this weekend was ridiculous! Concert in the park had music thumping until 11pm both nights with drunks ringing around well pass midnight! The park is squeezing more camping spots in every year while raising the prices while cutting out conveniences. Tight spaces, park is getting too crowded and loud. Not peaceful anymore.
