A little Tired. Pedestals are very short and outlets are near ground level. Combined with grass and weeds around it and sewer, not first rate and difficult for less agile to connect. Excessive speed bumps, some of which must be crossed at an angle which is not ideal for a large coach or trailer. No off leash dog area in spite of two large open areas. Pull through exit is DEEPLY POTHOLED, necessitating back out and then toad hookup on the driveway. Sharp turns. CELL tower at bottom of property so radiated EMF power is undoubtedly high. We had group reservations for a week since previous February for August with confirmed spots. Park arbitrarily moved one coach away from the group to one near the noisy 101 highway and would not relocate to an open spot near the group so their dog would not be on alert for the week from the large truck noise that run down 101. 👎

I would have given this park 5 stars if it were not for the sharp grass stabbing my feet through my sandles. What the heck!? This is a place to relax and play with children and pets so why is the grass sharp as needles? Other than this complaint the park had beautiful flowers, large site and was quiet. It is not however by the sea as I expected by the name. Management was very nice.

The managers are nice; the residents are mostly nice. This park is tired and needs some major landscaping done. I stayed for one week and couldn’t even enjoy my space outside due to all of the course, burrs, weeds, uneven ground. It was horrible for my dog. There is a AT&T cell tower in the park. The park is quiet. Some days you can hear the ocean, and it is a few mile drive to it.

ZERO stars if it were possible. Stayed in this park this last summer. Actually all was well, the people staying in the park were nice and friendly, even helpful. The ruination of all that wonderful feeling was the absolutely incomprehensible unprofessional behavior of the woman who was in the office. When we walked in she was in the middle of having a snotty two year old temper tantrum toward another person paying good money to stay in this park. It was clear because of the rude meanness of that despicable female's comments that her temper tantrum was completely unwarranted. She was just mad and angry, a very unlikable person and unable to control herself to remain professional during business hours. She reminded us of someone who has a job she just can't handle and is even looking for and trying to get fired. She doesn't mind who she has temper tantrums in front of. How the park owners can let such an evil person represent their park is far beyond me. When it was our turn she snapped at us, groused about the amount of work she has, complained that her job was too busy and too much for her during the summer. If she doesn't have the integrity to quit a job she doesn't like, then that woman needs to be fired. It's incomprehensible to believe that the owners really want that kind of behavioral presence representing their park. When talking to people in the park who evidently live here, it became clear this behavior is this horrible unprofessional woman's normal conduct and behavior and is not at all unusual and is totally unwarranted. Several made the comment they would not at all be sorry to see her leave the park, she's just that nasty. They even told us she is the MANAGER of this park,. INCOMPREHENSIBLE!!! I would never recommend anyone staying here until the owners get it through their heads that this level of unprofessional conduct from office help is not appropriate. Talked to someone recently who also stayed at this park and found out she's still there. Time to let the world and the managers know their manger is unprofessional, mean, rude, discourteous and it's pretty normal. The people who stay there long term say they don't complain because they like the park and don't want to be kicked out, and this female is vindictive enough to do something like that. If the owners are that nasty then they've probably got the right person representing their park, MEAN AND NASTY. I'll be letting friends of mine who have stayed there and had a bad taste from the manager know she's still there. The least we can do is try to help the people who silently put up with her abusive verbally...

Stayed at this park last summer. We walked into the office to check in and the manager was having a very unprofessional temper tantrum with another person who was paying good money to stay in the park. This female didn't care who was witness to her temper tantrum or extremely rude, discourteous and down right mean behavior. When it came our turn to check in she was obviously still mad and miserable. She made no effort to be kind or professional to us, she groused about how much work she has to do and she just can't be bothered taking care of everyone. She sounded like she was deliberately begging to be fired. We sure didn't expect her to last. If she doesn't like the job and it's too much for her to handle and be professional while doing it, then she does need to be fired. Can't comprehend owners who would allow this kind of an unprofessional person to represent their park. We talked to the person she'd had a temper tantrum with, later, and found out that is not unusual behavior for her. We decided to check it out and talked to other residents and found out she's been unprofessionally mean and nasty to just about everyone in this park, and no, it isn't unusual behavior for her. The people who stay here long term would love to see her ousted but they're too afraid if they complained either this vindictive hateful manager would kick them out of the park on the spot or the owners would. That's not a good recommendation for what the owners are like either. Owners, you really need to do something about getting rid of this really ugly unprofessional behaving woman out of your office. Surely, you're not that ugly and unprofessional behaving yourselves, are you?||Otherwise, we found the people who stay in the park to be very friendly, even helpful, the maintenance man was super friendly and helpful. But that woman, the words to adequately describe her can't be used in a review.||Made some good friends in that park and found out this ugly unprofessional behaving woman is still there and still behaving as unprofessionally ugly as we witnessed. Time to let people know that if you choose to stay here, expect to be treated very rudely and unprofessionally and without cause. Don't let her temper tantrums affect you, it isn't your fault, she's just miserable and ugly behaving, even proud of her behavior. She sure never apologized to us and from all we have been told no one else has ever received an apology...

Very clean and will cared for older rv park. hookups are well maintained. laundry room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. 4yard trash bin was located next to the Laundry. WIFi worked but was not suitable for streaming TV. Manager said they are upgrading system to handle 75 streaming devices. but suspect will still have problems until every RV upgrades to the new WIFI standards. Has Direct TV Cable with about 27 channels. I have Mint mobile Phone service which uses the TMOBILE network. Phone reception was good. Streaming using the PHONE hot spot was marginal at that location. There is a Large AT&T Cell Tower at the back of the Park, so I suspect other Phone Carriers might have better service. Pull thru spots were paved, flat and had enough room for slide outs. The park has been expanded over time. The older (front half) has lots of shade and some remarkable looking older trees. Have to see them to appreciate how the grew. Dog friendly, but they need to be on a leash at all times. You are expected to pickup after them. They have room for a dog park but doesn't have one. This would be a real plus. Close to town for Shopping and restaurants. but does require driving. Looks like many people stay hear when Reservering charters for fishing.|Staff and permanent residents were friendly. This site is a Good Sam approved site and gives GS member discounts. Will...
